The article presents the analysis of progressive historical and pedagogical experience of formation of the developing educational environment in the primary education system of Ukraine. The author identifies effective organizational and pedagogical conditions of its use in modern practice of education, training and development of junior schoolchildren: psychological and pedagogical support of pupils in the process of adaptation as a special reception of the interaction of a teacher and a pupil, motivation factor of learning and the basics of constructive interaction in which the teacher speaks to the pupil, constantly building on strengths helps to establish or maintain self-confidence, self-esteem; creating intellectually and emotionally rich environment by establishing a subject-subject interaction in the educational process between a teacher and a learner, an atmosphere of creativity, humanization and humanitarization of education; the potential use of the content of elementary education for the personal development of the pupil, particularly those educational areas that are proposed by curriculum and objectives of extracurricular educational work and due to the need for personal knowledge, the ability to creatively transform the conditions of their acquisition; accounting for typical diversity of the educational environment (information, didactically computer, media, health preserving, research, innovative, creative, substantive, social and cultural, ecologically oriented, affective and emotional, aesthetic, and educational) of primary schools for the harmonious development of pupil’s personality; formation of professional readiness of the future teachers to an effective education environment in the modern elementary school with the advanced historical and pedagogical experience. A necessary condition for designing educational developmental educational environment also consider the potential use of the content of primary education, particularly those educational sectors that the proposed new curriculum and extracurricular educational work, for personal development of the pupil.

The article analyzes and theoretically justifies necessary and sufficient organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of students’ prosocial behavior of secondary educational institutions. The list of possible organizational and pedagogical conditions has been drawn up on the basis of the analysis of the theory and practice of educating the students. The organizational and pedagogical conditions are united into the following four groups: 1. The first group (a factor of the effectiveness of internal educational environment): the formation and effective functioning of preventive educational environment of the school; the formation and effective functioning of the educational system the educational institution; the formation and effective functioning of the health of a favorable educational environment of the school. 2. The second group: the introduction of modern technologies of education, based on the age and individual psycho-physiological characteristics of the students; the introduction of interactive methods of training and education; streamlining the existing forms and methods of education in order to develop prosocial behavior. 3. The third group: the regulation of the system of state and public administration institution; the increased activity of the student self-government bodies in the development of school policies on the formation of the students’ prosocial behavior; participation of parents in establishing school policy; partnerships specialists, concerning the problem of the formation of prosocial behaviour. 4. The fourth group: the creation of a system of scientific-methodical support of the formation of the students prosocial behavior; the introduction of special courses devoted to health care, social norms and values, interpersonal relationships; the willingness of the teachers to the formation of the students’ prosocial behavior of the school; the development of various forms of educational activities (educational hours, trainings, projects, discussions, debates shares and so on), aimed at promoting pro-social behavior of the students at school. The expert estimates are considered to be the formation and effective functioning of preventive educational environment of the school; the introduction of modern technologies of education, based on the age and individual psycho-physiological characteristics of the students; the arrangement of the system of state-public management of the educational institution; the increased activity of the organs student self-government in developing a school policy on the formation of pro-social behavior of the students; the creation of a system of scientific-methodical support of the formation of pro-social behavior of the students.

The article deals with the organization of the process of inclusive higher education, including correctional sports activity of students with disorders of psychophysical development. The main purpose of the research is experimental verification of effectiveness of the correctional physical education of students with disorders of psychophysical development in integrated universities. The processes of psychophysical development and socialization of students with disabilities are very complex. Conventional training and education, which is based on normal flow of these processes, is not enough to ensure quality management of their habilitation (rehabilitation). In this case, education should take the correctional nature. It corrects and reduces the disadvantages of psychophysical development and socialization, warns of unwanted neoplasms, creates special conditions for the formation of positive traits and qualities of personality, whose development and socialization are initiated at special basis. Correctional classes of physical education were organized by the author’s program of correctional and wellness training, to study the possible forms of optimization of educational process of students with injuries of musculoskeletal system (23,4 % of students). The results allow concluding that positive changes in the growth rates of psychomotor performance of students with disorders of musculoskeletal system are caused by effective organization of educational process on physical training. The system approach of organizational and methodological implementation of measures in the educational process of new technologies of correctional physical training is based on differential-integral principle. It allowed significantly improve their physical condition, level of adaptability among students, improve psycho-emotional capacity, form motivational-value attitude to their health. The article does not exhaust all the aspects of this problem. Further study is required for the issues related to the interaction between the institutions of special education and integrated education institutions in the implementation of correction and rehabilitation work with persons with violations of psychophysical development.

In the article attention is paid to the necessity of improvement of the future aviation specialists’ professional communication. The author points out the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the future aviation specialists’ English professional preparation. Implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions, which are aimed at effective fulfilment of professional actions, was offered. Efficiency of professional interdisciplinary studying was proved. The use of intersdisciplinary connections have become of paramount importance at flight educational establishments. It requires involvement of teachers of aviation professional subjects into curricula and syllabi development, based on intersdisciplinary approach. Integrity does not mean merging of one professional subject with the other, but, on the contrary, it certifies their unity, systems’ co-operation, making contacts and connections. It was grounded that the use of innovative technologies (information, computer and context studying) leads to the increase of students’ motivation level to professional activity. Internationalization of society touched upon aviation industry, as providing of transatlantic flights predetermines the necessity of cross-cultural (multicultural) communication. ІСАО focuses on cross-cultural communication as an important factor of safety of flights. Cross-cultural communication is multidimensional by its nature. In the course of research, the author makes the following conclusions: 1) studying at flight educational establishments has narrow specialization, that guides particular principles and regulations of professional pedagogics in technical direction; 2) studying of the professional disciplines is closely connected with English learning as one of ІСАО official languages, that predetermines its penetration in the majority of professional disciplines; 3)professional activity of aviation specialists is related to cross-cultural communication and mixing with the representatives of other cultures, that aims educational process at multiculturalness; 4) studying at flight educational establishments takes place with the active involvement of information technologies; it needs constant development and content upgrade of sillabi and curriculum. The organizational and pedagogical conditions, which were offered in the research, have theoretical and practical background, as they determine the choice of individual strategy concerning the forming of students’ professional knowledge and skills. A further research will be aimed at providing of educational process in the direction of multicultural communication, integration and adaptation of the future specialists in aviation environment

It can be confidently stated that the military-professional activity of the chiefs of physical training and sports in the Armed Forces is complex, multifaceted and multifunctional, which is not limited to their functional duties. We took into account the experience gained during the war and the feedback of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. Future officers-specialists in physical education and sports should not only be able to implement their official competencies, but also to perform the tasks set before them by combat activity in the course of a full-scale war. The purpose of the article is to define and substantiate the organizational and pedagogical conditions that will positively influence to the formation of methodical competence in future officers (commanders) and specialists in physical education and sports. During the analysis of the scientific literature, the main aspects of the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions in the process of training military specialists were established. These aspects ensure high-quality and effective formation of methodological competence among future officers – physical culture and sports specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine during their professional training. We also conducted an expert evaluation. The experts were chosen according to certain requirements – combat experience, a candidate of science degree, a doctor of philosophy or a doctor of science, and more than 10 years of experience in training future officers. With the help of expert assessment and analysis of scientific literature, organizational and pedagogical conditions were defined and justified, which will ensure the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the formation of our psychological and pedagogical phenomenon. The first condition is the purposeful formation of professional and methodical qualities in cadets as future officers (commanders) and specialists in physical culture and sports. The next is the availability of modern interdisciplinary methods for the formation of methodological competence among future officers- -specialists in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the process of their professional training. It is also important to use objective criteria and indicators for diagnosing the levels of methodological competence formation in future officers-specialists in physical culture and sports. The final condition is pedagogical modeling of the formation of methodological competence in future officers-specialists in physical education and sports.

The article reveals the methods of formation of technological culture of the future social worker in higher education institution. To achieve the aim, the following investigation methods were applied: theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistics. The concept of “technological culture of a social worker” has been defined. Technological culture of the social worker is a general characteristic of his/her personality, reflecting the ability to persistently and successfully carry out professional activities using modern technologies combined with effective subject-subject interaction with different groups of customers. The author reveals the principles that contribute to the formation of technological culture of the future social worker in higher education institution, such as: purposefulness, scientific character, unity of theory and practice, professional mobility, interactive training, professional reflection. Technological culture of the future social worker is considered as a general characteristic of his/her personality, composed of three interconnected components: motivation, content and operational, that improve personal and professional development of a future specialist. Organizational and pedagogical conditions are grounded. They include: changing of priorities in defining the concept of special and professional training of the future social worker; enrichment of goals, objectives, content and structure of special and professional training of social workers; introduction into the content of professional training, within the frames of professional disciplines, the system of concepts regarding technological aspects of social activity; including of modern technologies of social work into training; implementation of technological tasks into the program of educational training; learning of innovative experience of organizations and institutions, that provide social services to different groups of customers, by students during their practical training. Further prospects of the research include the development of the model of technological culture of the future social worker and its experimental verification.
