Contemporary organizational circumstances, referred to as the “VUCA world”, are characterized by unprecedented volatility, uncertainty, comlexity and ambiguity. One of the answers to the challenges of the “VUCA world” is the phenomenon of projectification, i.e. the increase in the participation and importance of an projects in organizations’ activity. Along with the development of the projects in organizations’ activity, there has been a significant development of various instruments supporting managing of that area: projects, programs and portfolios. Although the variety of these instruments led to an increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of projects, it resulted in the weakening of the organizational cohesion of this type of activity and the difficulties in translating its effects into the success of the organization. In order to counteract this, it becomes necessary to organize it in the form of a complete and coherent system, referred to as project governance.The article presents the basics, interpretations and concepts of the project governance. Based on their analysis, an original, proprietary model of the project governance was developed. This model consists of four domains: strategic (strategic governance), methodical (methodical governance), organizational (organizational governance) and personal (personal governance). The problems and solutions of individual domains are discussed in the article. Finally, the procedure for implementing the project governance in the organization was described.

Współczesne okoliczności funkcjonowania organizacji, określane jako „świat VUCA”, cechuje niespotykana dotychczas zmienność (ang. volatility), niepewność (ang. uncertainty), złożoność (ang. comlexity) i wieloznaczność (ang. ambiguity). Jedną z odpowiedzi na wyzwania „świata VUCA” jest zjawisko projektyzacji (ang. projectification), czyli wzrostu udziału i znaczenia działalności projektowej organizacji. Wraz z rozwojem ilościowym i jakościowym działalności projektowej organizacji, nastąpił znaczny rozwój różnorodnych instrumentów wspierających zarządzania działalnością projektową: projektami, programami i portfelami projektów. Bogactwo tych instrumentów doprowadziło wprawdzie do wzrostu skuteczności i efektywności działalności projektowej, jednak spowodowało osłabienie spójności organizacyjnej tej działalności i trudności przełożenia jej efektów na sukcesy organizacji. Aby temu przeciwdziałać konieczne staje się jej uporządkowanie w postaci kompletnego i spójnego systemu działania, określanego jako ład projektowy organizacji (ang. project governanace).W artykule przedstawione zostały podstawy, interpretacje i koncepcje ładu projektowego organizacji. Na podstawie ich analizy opracowany został oryginalny, autorski model ładu projektowego organizacji. Model ten składa się z czterech domen: strategicznej (ład strategiczny), metodycznej (ład metodyczny), organizacyjnej (ład organizacyjny) i personalnej (ład personalny). Problemy i rozwiązania poszczególnych domen ładu projektowego zostały omówione w artykule. Na zakończenie opisany został tryb wdrażania ładu projektowego w organizacji.
