The article addresses the issue of providing the employer with personal data regarding disability by employees. Regulations for personal data protection, labor law and those related to the legal status of disabled persons were analyzed.

Celem artykułu jest omówienie problematyki udostępniania pracodawcy danych osobowych dotyczących niepełnosprawności przez pracowników oraz próba oceny zakresu swobody informacyjnej pracownika w tym obszarze. Analizie zostały poddane regulacje z zakresu ochrony danych osobowych, prawa pracy oraz odnoszące się do statusu prawnego osób niepełnosprawnych.
