The paper gives a brief overview of the most important phraseological studies and dictionaries published in Italy since the 1980s, when Italian phraseology took the first steps as an independent linguistic discipline. It deals with fundamental theoretical contributions and describes major dictionaries of idioms and proverbs published in the last 40 years. It points also to new trends in Italian phraseography and presents some interesting current projects based on new corpus methodologies.

Polská přísloví ve sbírce Václava Flajšhanse Česká přísloví

The article presents Polish proverbs included in the Václav Flajšhans‘s dictionary Česká přísloví. The author notes that in addition to a significant group of lexical borrowings that permeated from the Polish language to the Czech language in the 19th century, a large group is also proverbs. In the Flajšhans’s dictionary there are differentiating informations near those proverbs showing that author of the dictionary was aware that some of them may be common to the Eastern and Western Slavs.

Článek ukazuje polská přísloví obsažená ve slovníku Česká přísloví Václava Flajšhanse. Autor poznamenává, že vedle významné skupiny lexikálních výpůjček, které pronikaly z polštiny do češtiny v 19. století, je zde také velká skupina přísloví. Ve slovníku Flajšhanse se rozlišují informace, které dokazují, že autor slovníku je si vědom toho, že některá přísloví mohou být společná východním a západním Slovanům.

The paper analyzes modern Czech proverbs that characterize the latest dramatic phenomenon of human life – the coronavirus pandemic and quarantine. Czech people spreach reacts to this phenomenon with jokingly ironic antiproverbs, which become a kind of paremiological vaccine against Covid-19. For all the originality of such transformations, most of them are created on the basis of the Slavic and European paremiological fund. The article identifies the sources of coronavirus paremias, suggests their frequency, areal and axiological classification.

Studie analyzuje současná česká přísloví, která charakterizují nejnovější dramatický fenomén lidského života – pandemii a koronavirovou karanténu. Česká lidová mluva na tento fenomén reaguje vtipně ironickými antifrázemi, které se stávají jakousi paremiologickou vakcínou proti Covid-19. Přes veškerou originalitu těchto transformací je většina z nich vytvořena na základě slovanského a celoevropského paremiologického fondu. Článek identifikuje zdroje koronavirových parémií, navrhuje jejich frekvenci, plošnou a axiologickou klasifikaci.
