Artykuł opowiada o wydarzeniach, które rozegrały się w Bandysiach 3 października 1944 roku. Przedstawia przyczyny, z jakich niemieckie władze okupacyjne chciały spacyfikować wieś, przebieg akcji pacyfikacyjnej, a także losy mieszkańców wsi. Pokazuje także powiązania między akcją przeprowadzoną przez Niemców w Bandysiach z działaniami, które miały miejsce dzień wcześniej w pobliskiej wsi Charcibałda.

The article tells about the events that took place in Bandysie on 3rd October, 1944. It presents the reasons why the German occupation authorities wanted to pacify the village, the course of the pacification operation, and the fate of the inhabitants of the village. It also shows the connection between the action carried out by the Germans in Bandysie and the actions that took place the day before in the nearby village of Charcibałda.
