The article discusses the history o f the palace complex in Dobrzyca, built in 1 7 9 5 -1 8 0 0 . The complex includes a picturesque English-style park, a palace erected on a plan o f a Masonic bevel, a pantheon and a monopteral. This example o f Baroque-Classicistic architecture shows distinct Romantic features. The unsatisfactory technical state o f the palace calls for revalorization and, in the first place, for protection and construction stabilisation.
