How does globalization affect the world? Terrorism in the XXI century is a global phenomenon, most frequently encountered in developed Western countries, although it is gaining in importance in developing countries. In order to prepare for this phenomenon and to take appropriate preventive measures, necessary for accurate identification, the following actions should be carried out: tracking, mapping, recognition, re-establishment of networks and even the apprehension of the perpetrator of a crime. Unfortunately, not only citizens and law enforcement authorities but also terrorist organisations can benefit from new technological inventions. According to the author, identifying, observing and disclosing persons crossing the border who are perpetrators of terrorist crimes is becoming an increasingly difficult task, as criminals can recruit new members in several countries and the recruiter does not even have to be in the same place as the new „candidate”. In future, the fight against terrorism will not be carried out primarily on the battlefields of crisis-stricken areas, but on the borders of protected areas, with the use of computer monitors and in cooperation of intelligence services with other countries. Adequate EU legislation is needed to restrict the free movement of persons committing terrorist offences. EU countries must guarantee the security of their citizens and fight terrorism effectively.

The tragic years of World War II, followed by the unfriendly communist policy in Poland towards the Jewish community, changed the country from a multicultural into the most homogeneous state in the European Union nowadays. At the same time, Israel, as a meeting place for various cultures, enjoys the influence of inhabitants from nearly all over the world. The dissimilar experiences and problems faced by the governing bodies should influence different approaches to dual citizenship in Poland and Israel. In view of the above, in the presented work the author would like to analyze the issue of the legal approach to dual citizenship both in Poland and in Israel. The main goal of the paper, beyond comparison of the effectiveness of the legislation, is finding the answer to the question: what is the state’s attitude towards the issue of the dual citizenship of their citizens? The hypothesis that the article will verify states, that due to the small number of people with dual citizenship in Poland, Polish legislation devoted to this topic is not extensive and has dissimilarities to the law in Israel, which, in contrast, is more complex and better response to the needs of society. The reason for comparing Poland and Israel is the fact that Polish citizenship has been very popular among the citizens of the Jewish state, especially since 2004 when Poland became a member of the European Union. This issue, in the long run, may be one of the key determinants of Polish-Israeli and Polish-Jewish relations.

Informatisation is a process that touches various areas of an individual’s life. Nowadays, it is reaching further levels of development, as can be seen, for example, in the electronic service made available by the minister responsible for informatisation and in the use of artificial intelligence in various procedures. It is ubiquitous in the public administration departments regulated by personal administrative law. The Act of 27 January 2022 on passport documents should also be included in this group of regulations. The focus of the analysis in the study is on illustrating those elements that determine the existence of informatisation in the passport procedure and in the scope of other activities that accompany this procedure or are closely related to it. This will allow an overall assessment of the informatisation process and, in particular, highlight the benefits that follow from computerised and automated activities.

Informatyzacja jest procesem dotykającym rozmaitych dziedzin życia jednostki. Współcześnie wchodzi na dalsze poziomy swojego rozwoju, o czym świadczy m.in. udostępniana przez ministra właściwego ds. informatyzacji usługa elektroniczna, jak i wykorzystanie sztucznej inteligencji w rozmaitych procedurach. Jest wszechobecny w działach administracji publicznej podlegających regulacjom osobowego prawa administracyjnego. Do grupy tych uregulowań należy zaliczyć również ustawę z dnia 27 stycznia 2022 r. o dokumentach paszportowych. Punkt ciężkości prowadzonej analizy w opracowaniu został położony na zobrazowanie tych elementów, które przesądzają o istnieniu procesu informatyzacji w procedurze paszportowej oraz w zakresie innych czynności, które tej procedurze towarzyszą lub pozostają z nią w ścisłym związku. Pozwoli to na ogólną ocenę procesu informatyzacji, w szczególności zaś na uwypuklenie korzyści będących następstwem czynności zinformatyzowanych i zautomatyzowanych.

Greenery management in Czech towns and cities uses standardised tools for the information administration of greenery share. This article deals with possible use of these tools for approximate specification of regulatory services in areas of urban greenery and their quantification as related to the character of input data. Undoubtedly, the specification of regulatory services is important for argumentation in favour of maintaining specific locations in an undeveloped state. Also, it is applicable for the procurement of investment and assessment of development proposals. The results have been verified using the model location of Primál, a pond in the town of Modřice.

Správy zeleně českých měst využívají pro svoji činnost standardizované nástroje informační správy sídlení zeleně. Příspěvek se zabývá možností využití těchto nástrojů pro přibližnou specifikaci regulačních služeb ploch městské zeleně a způsobu jejich kvantifikace s ohledem na charakter vstupních dat. Specifikace regulačních služeb má nesporný význam především pro argumentaci ve prospěch nezastavitelnosti konkrétních lokalit, pro zajištění investic a posuzování rozvojových návrhů. Zjištěné souvislosti byly ověřeny na modelovém území lokality rybníka Primál v Modřicích u Brna.
