W niniejszym artykule autor zwraca uwagę na pojmowanie procesu wychowania przez Heliodora Muszyńskiego, jednego z przedstawicieli pedagogiki socjalistycznej. Wylicza przedstawione przez niego cele i zadania wychowania. Skupia się na wyodrębnianych przez tego polskiego pedagoga rolach społecznych, jakich dziecko uczy się w trakcie kontaktu z wychowawcą. Zarysowuje prezentowaną przez H. Muszyńskiego problematykę wychowania moralnego. Przedstawia także zagadnienia dotyczące wychowania w obrębie rodziny

The author of this paper draws our attention to the process of upbringing as understood by Heliodor Muszyński, a follower of socialist pedagogy. The author enumerates Muszyński’s aims and tasks of upbringing, focusing on the social roles identified by him, which are acquired by children as a result of their interaction with educators. This paper also outlines the issues of moral upbringing and presents the aspects of family upbringing.
