The programme is a continuation and intensification of the former preventive and repressive measures against corruption. After a five-year break, at the time of growing social disapproval for the governing authorities’ measures taken in the field, a concrete policy is being introduced in a comprehensive document. As it was the case previously, the policy is based on penal and administrative solutions. In his article, the author analyses tasks and measures provided for in the governmental programme for those appointed to lead and cooperate in their implementation.
