This paper concerns the problems that appeared in connection with the land register viewing via electronic way. The first part presents the legal basis of land register, the transfer (migration) of the contents of land register into the structure of land register managed with a computer system and the access to land register through the internet. The issue of access to land register through the internet was illustrated on the example of real estate with multi-family building. The work carried out shows that knowing the perpetual book number of a single premise, through the real estate perpetual book we have access to the perpetual books of all premises being separately owned estates, and thus the personal data of their respective owners.

Praca dotyczy problematyki jaka pojawiła się w związku z możliwością przeglądania Ksiąg Wieczystych "drogą elektroniczną". W pierwszej części pracy przedstawiono podstawy prawne systemu ksiąg wieczystych, podstawy prawne przenoszenia (migracji) treści ksiąg wieczystych do struktury ksiąg wieczystych prowadzonych w systemie informatycznym oraz pod-stawy prawne dostępu do ksiąg wieczystych za pośrednictwem Internetu. Problematyka związana z dostępem do ksiąg wieczystych za pośrednictwem Internetu została zilustrowana na przykładzie nieruchomości zabudowanej budynkiem wielorodzinnym. Z przeprowadzonych prac wynika, że znając księgę wieczystą jednego lokalu, poprzez księgę nieruchomości gruntowej mamy dostęp do ksiąg wieczystych wszystkich wyodrębnionych lokali, a co za tym idzie danych osobowych ich właścicieli.
