The University of Poznan was founded in May 1919 and soon after the Department of Pharmacy was created. The article explores the socio-demographic profile of Poznan pharmacy students in the interwar period. We analyze socio-economic and demographic characteristics (e.g. age, gender, family status, nationality, citizenship) of 973 students, whose records are collected in the Archives of the Poznan University of Medical Sciences.
