Znaczna część terytorium Polski objęta jest różnymi formami przestrzennej ochrony przyrody. Dla wielu spośród tych form (np. dla parków narodowych i krajobrazowych) sporządzane są plany ochrony, określające cele i zasady ochrony. Jednym z zagrożeń, wobec których stoją obszary chronione, jest ekspansja zagospodarowania przestrzennego. Plany ochrony wpływają zatem na zagospodarowanie przestrzenne, przede wszystkim na plany i studia zagospodarowania przestrzennego. Jednak efektywność ochrony walorów przestrzeni przed presją zagospodarowania przestrzennego, czyli skuteczność realizacji celów ochrony, jest zróżnicowana i z reguły niedostateczna. Poprawa tej skuteczności jest możliwa poprzez zmianę formuły planów ochrony na analogiczną do dokumentów miejscowego planowania przestrzennego.

A significant part of the territory of Poland is covered by various forms of spatial nature pro-tection. In respect of many of these forms (e.g., national and landscape parks ), protection plans are drawn up, setting out the objectives and principles of protection. Expansion of spatial de-velopment is one of the threats faced by protected areas. Therefore protection plans affect spatial development, especially spatial development plans and studies. However, the effec-tiveness of protection of space assets from the pressure of spatial development, that is the ef-fectiveness of achievement of protection objectives, is varied and generally inadequate. It is possible to enhance this effectiveness by changing the form of protection plans for a form sim-ilar to that of local spatial planning documents.

Park kulturowy to jedna z nielicznych form ochrony zabytków o charakterze zintegrowanym uwzględniająca zarówno zabytki nieruchome, jak i krajobraz kulturowy. Liczba obszarów tego typu w Polsce zwiększa się w powolnym tempie pomimo ogromnego potencjału. Autor, wykorzystując analizę przypadku planów ochrony parków kulturowych, poszukuje odpowiedzi na pytania: jaki jest i jaki powinien być zakres planów ochrony. Uzyskane wyniki badań świadczą o tym, że skuteczność ochrony krajobrazu kulturowego wynikająca z zapisów planu ochrony w Polsce jest zróżnicowana i wymaga zmian. Toteż na podstawie analiz autor proponuje modyfikacje jednej z metod w celu poprawy efektywności ochrony parków kulturowych.

A cultural park is one of the few forms of protection of monuments of an integrated nature that includes both immovable monuments and the cultural landscape. The number of areas of this type in Poland is increasing in. The number of areas of this type in Poland is increasing at a slow pace despite the enormous potential. The author uses the case study of protection plans for cultural parks to look for answers to questions: what is and what should be the scope of protection plans. The obtained research results show that the effectiveness of cultural landscape protection resulting from the provisions of the protection plan in Poland is diverse and requires changes. Therefore, on the basis of analyzes, the author proposes modifications of one of the methods to improve the effectiveness of cultural park protection.

The planning method was indicated there, and the layout of the critical infrastructure protection plan was presented. The most important thing is to protect critical infrastructure components that citizens use on a daily basis. So I am talking in the article about energy supply systems, energy resources and fuels, food and water supply system. And above all about financial systems, healthcare and ICT.

Artykuł poświęcony jest planowaniu i organizacji ochrony infrastruktury krytycznej. Wskazano w nim sposób planowania oraz przedstawiono układ planu ochrony infrastruktury krytycznej. Najważniejszą rzeczą jest ochrona krytycznych elementów infrastruktury, z których obywatele korzystają na co dzień. Mowa więc w artykule o systemach zaopatrzenia w energię, zasobach energetycznych i paliwach, systemie zaopatrzenia w żywność i wodę. A przede wszystkim o systemach finansowych, opiece zdrowotnej i ICT.

Po wpisaniu historycznej części miasta Jazd na listę światowego dziedzictwa UNESCO w 2017 r. liczba odwiedzających miasto turystów wzrosła. Omawiany w artykule obszar składa się z kilku dzielnic. Niniejsze badanie ma na celu przedstawienie propozycji planu ochrony najstarszej z nich, czyli dzielnicy Shah Abul-Ghasem, stworzonego na podstawie podziału elementów zagospodarowania przestrzennego zaproponowanego przez Golkara (2000). Analiza została przeprowadzona w oparciu o badania terenowe w rzeczonej dzielnicy. Obiekty będące elementami zagospodarowania przestrzennego zostały sfotografowane, a następnie podzielone na kategorie jako środowiskowe, funkcjonalne oraz estetyczno-eksperymentalne. Na podstawie zebranych wyników zaproponowano rekomendacje dla rozwoju turystyki w badanym obszarze.

After the inscription of the Historic City of Yazd on UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 2017, the number of tourists visiting increased. The area is formed of several neighborhoods. This study aims to propose a conservation plan for the oldest, the Shah Abul-Ghasem Neighborhood, using the urban design qualities suggested by Golkar. The study based on a field survey in the neighborhood was carried out in such a way that items related to urban design qualities were photographed and categorized into environmental, functional and aesthetic-experimental components. Proposed measures and recommendations for the development of tourism in the area are presented based on the field survey results.
