Ocena sytuacji produkcyjnej i ekonomicznej gospodarstw najlepszych, średnich i najsłabszych

In the article was used mainly IERiGŻPIB results published in the work of A. Skarżyński. “Economic results of selected agricultural products in the years 2005 - 2008”. Compared the production, costs and incomes for the sugar beet, potatoes, winter wheat, winter rape, pork and milk. In the analyzed farms is very large variation of results in the production (crops, milk yield of cows, feed efficiency) between the best and the weakest farms. In extreme cases, the yields vary from 50 - 100% in favor of the best holding. Based on the data presented it is difficult to fully explain such a large variation of results, limiting the comparison only to the level of spending on, soil quality and production scale. The results presented confirm the idea that high production and economic results increasingly determines the knowledge and skills (qualifications) of the farmer.

W artykule wykorzystano głównie wyniki badań IERiGŻPIB opublikowane w pracy A. Skarżyńskiej. „Wyniki ekonomiczne wybranych produktów rolniczych w latach 2005-2008”. Porównano produkcję, koszty i dochody dla buraków cukrowych, ziemniaków jadalnych, pszenicy ozimej, rzepaku ozimego, żywca wieprzowego i mleka. W analizowanych gospodarstwach występuje bardzo duże zróżnicowanie wyników produkcyjnych (plony, wydajność mleczna krów, efektywność skarmiania pasz) pomiędzy gospodarstwami najlepszymi i najsłabszymi. W skrajnych przypadkach plony różnią się od 50 - 100 % na korzyść gospodarstw najlepszych. Na podstawie przedstawionych danych trudno jest w pełni wyjaśnić tak duże zróżnicowanie wyników, ograniczając porównania tylko do poziomu ponoszonych nakładów, jakości gleb oraz skali produkcji. Przedstawione wyniki potwierdzają z dużym prawdopodobieństwem postawioną tezę, że o wysokich rezultatach produkcyjnych i ekonomicznych decyduje także wiedza i umiejętności (kwalikacje) rolnika.
