The paper presents reflections on the problem of whether a model of corporate income tax exists and what it looks like. In the second part of the paper reflections on the statutory approach to taxation of income obtained by legal persons are presented. In the last part, a comparison is made between the model approach and the statutory practice. Finally, the paper presents conclusions and predictions concerning the evolution of corporate income tax.

W referacie zostały zaprezentowane rozważania na temat problemu, czy istnieje i jak wygląda model podatku dochodowego od osób prawnych. W drugiej części opracowania zostały przedstawione refleksje nad ujęciem ustawowym opodatkowania dochodów uzyskiwanych przez osoby prawne. W ostatniej części omówiono relację zachodzącą między ujęciem modelowym a praktyką ustawową. Na końcu referatu przedstawiono wnioski i przewidywania odnośnie do ewolucji podatku dochodowego od osób prawnych.
