W niniejszym opracowaniu omówiono niektóre z klasycznych teorii zmian (cyrkulacji) elit według koncepcji Pareto i innych przedstawicieli teorii elit (G.Moska, R.Mihelsa), z uwzględnieniem korelacji ze współczesnością, aby zrozumieć specyfikę obecnie dokonującego się procesu politycznego. Proces ten przedstawiony został, jako składowa nowoczesnej teorii elit, z uwzględnieniem określenia specyfiki procesu zmiany elit w obecnych warunkach postsowieckich.

This article discusses some of the classic tenets of the theory change (circulation) elites V. Pareto and other representatives of the theory of elites (U.Moska, R.Mihels), which allow to draw parallels with the present to understand the peculiarities of the political process today. Also presents modern theory of elites, which allow showing specificity of the process change of elites in modern post-Soviet conditions.

В статье рассматриваются некоторые классические положения теории смены (циркуляции) элит В. Парето и других представителей теории элит (Г.Моска и Р.Михельса), которые позволяют провести параллели с современностью, понять особенности политического процесса наших дней. Представлены также современные теории элит, на фоне которых можно определить специфику процесса смены элит в современных постсоветских условиях.
