Wpływ sieci powiązań funkcjonalnych na kształtowanie struktury policentrycznej Polski – badanie symulacyjne

Koncepcja Przestrzennego Zagospodarowania Kraju 2030 (KPZK 2030) odwołuje się do idei policentryczności jako głównego mechanizmu zwiększającego integrację przestrzeni Polski i służącego rozprzestrzenianiu procesów wzrostu. W dokumencie KPZK 2030 identyfikowane są ośrodki węzłowe, wyznaczane na różnych poziomach hierarchicznych, powiązane układem relacji funkcjonalnych. Modele takich struktur poddano analizie symulacyjnej mechanizmem pośrednich możliwości. Oceniono wpływ sieci funkcjonalnych na atrakcyjność poszczególnych miast oraz obszarów peryferyjnych. Wykazano efekty integracji policentrycznej struktury przestrzeni Polski na obszarach najbardziej zagospodarowanych oraz słabe oddziaływania na obszarach peryferyjnych.

The National Spatial Development Concept 2030 relates to the polycentric development idea to be the main mechanism of strengthening the integrity of Polish space and the diffusion of growth processes. It identifies main cities on various levels of hierarchy, and the network of functional links between them. Models of such settlement structures were examined using the simulation intervening opportunity model. The functional network influence on the attractiveness of main cities and peripheral areas was evaluated. In regard to the most invested areas the effects of integration of polycentric Polish settlement structure were proven, moreover a weak influence on peripheries was observed.
