Zreformowany w 1999 roku system emerytalny okazał się nie do końca „wydolny”, a działalność otwartych funduszy emerytalnych (OFE) stała się przedmiotem ostrej krytyki, głównie z powodu słabej efektywności inwesty-cyjnej i wysokich kosztów. Zatem w latach 2011 i 2014 rząd wprowadził istotne zmiany, ingerując m.in. w strukturę portfeli OFE. Celem artykułu jest analiza wyników inwestycyjnych OFE w latach 2000-2013, wykorzystując w tym celu znane mierniki ryzyka i efektywności inwestycyjnej oraz metody porządkowania liniowego.

The pension system reformed in 1999 did not work properly, and pension funds were criticized mostly because of their poor performance. Therefore in 2011 and 2013 Polish government introduced essential changes also in the list of financial instruments, which can be used by pension funds for investments. The aim of the paper is analysis of the pension funds per-formance in years 2000-2013 using well-known measures of risk and in-vestment efficiency together with methods of linear ordering.
