A new challenge has arisen before administrative authorities and courts – the issue of admissibility and reliability of satellite images in the context of evidence proceedings. From the analysis of the provisions of the laws and the judicial case law, it appears that satellite images can be treated as unnamed evidence, the reliability of which is subject to the discretionary assessment of the authority or the court

Przed organami i sądami administracyjnymi pojawiło się nowe wyzwanie – kwestia oceny dopuszczalności i wiarygodności zdjęć satelitarnych w ramach postępowania dowodowego. Z analizy przepisów ustaw oraz orzecznictwa sądowego wynika, że zdjęcia satelitarne mogą być traktowane jako dowód nienazwany, którego wiarygodność podleca swobodnej ocenie organu lub sądu.
