W artykule przedstawiono węzłowe zagadnienia merytoryczne i metodyczne kształtowania i rozwoju potencjału pracy w przedsiębiorstwie, przy czym szczególną uwagę zwrócono na jego wymiar ilościowy, tj. czas pracy pracowników. Ten sposób tworzenia wizji kompetencji pracowników (potencjału pracy) wymaga określenia standardów w zakresie potencjału ludzkiego (kwalifikacyjnego), motywacji w pracy, jak również standardów w zakresie form organizacji czasu pracy oraz wykorzystania dysponowanego funduszu czasu pracy. Zagadnienia te zostały dość dogłębnie zbadane i opisane w niniejszym opracowaniu.

The article shows key factual and methodological issues of developing work potential in a company, paying particular attention to its quantitative dimension i.e. working hours. Creating this idea of employees’ competence (work potential) needs to determine standards within human potential (qualifying) motivation at work as well as standards within forms of time organization and the use of available working hours fund. These problems have been quite thoroughly studied and described in this paper.
