In this article we will be shown the conditions and structure of the necessities of life of seniors. The definition needs to be selected and their classifications. Will be descri­bed types, the nature and etiology of a variety of needs in this developmental period. Will be paid also attention to the important role of the family and the various groups and communities in meeting the vital needs of seniors and improve their quality of life.

W niniejszym artykule ukazane zostały uwarunkowania i struktura potrzeb życiowych senio­rów, definicje potrzeb oraz ich wybrane klasyfikacje, a także rodzaje, specyfika i etiologia różnorodnych potrzeb w tym okresie rozwojowym. Należy podkreślić istotną rolę rodziny oraz różnych grup i społeczności w zaspokajaniu potrzeb życiowych seniorów i podnoszeniu jakości ich życia.

Treść artykułu dotyczy specyfi cznego „produktu” gospodarczego miasta, który powstaje w oparciu o: gospodarcze walory użytkowe miasta, bazę ekonomiczną miasta, działające na jego terenie małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa handlowe i usługowe oraz inwestorów, a także istniejące i tworzone miejsca pracy. Określona wartość wszystkich składowych „produktu” gospodarczego miasta wpływa na jego wartość oraz na wartość M-Produktu wytwarzanego przez miasto oraz na poziom konkurencyjności tegoż miasta. W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia dotyczące bazy ekonomicznej, rozwoju gospodarczego, gospodarczych walorów użytkowych miasta, podmiotów tworzących miejsca pracy, produktu gospodarczego miasta oraz pozyskiwania inwestorów. Wyjaśnione zostały także pojęcia: bazy ekonomicznej, bezrobocia instytucjonalnego, gospodarczych walorów użytkowych miasta, oraz przybliżone zostały systemy innowacyjne, gospodarka oparta na wiedzy i kooperacja.

The contents of this article deals with a specifi c economical product of the city, which arises on the basis such as: economical usable values of the city, economical base of the city, functioning in their areas, small and middle-sized businesses as well as investors, and also existing and being created workplaces. Abovementioned components infkuence the value of economical product of the the city and Superproduct of the city, C-Product as well as the level of the city competitiveness. The article also contains the problems relating to economic base, economical usable values of the city as well as seeking investors. There were also explained nations of an economic base, institutional unemployment, economical usable values of the city and economy based on kwowledge and cooperation were also approached.
