W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań potrzeb szkoleniowych sprzedawczyń i sprzedawców pracujących w handlu detalicznym (300 osób, 295 kobiet, 5 mężczyzn). Badania przeprowadzono na terenie całej Polski w okresie IX 2019 – XII 2020. W badaniach wykorzystano kwestionariusze wywiadu i ankiety PAPI.

The article presents the results of research on the training needs of salesmen working in retail trade (300 people, 295 women, 5 men). The research was conducted throughout Poland in the period September 2019 - December 2020. The research used interview questionnaires and PAPI surveys.
