Artykuł prezentuje dokumenty Komisji („pakiet”) dotyczące powództw o odszkodowania z tytułu naruszenia unijnych reguł konkurencji oraz zbiorowego dochodzenia roszczeń, ogłoszone 11 czerwca 2013 r. Autorka podejmuje próbę dokonania zwięzłego opisu tych dokumentów. Jednocześnie wskazuje na pewne potencjalne trudności, jakie może napotkać polski ustawodawca w przypadku konieczności transpozycji albo implementacji dokumentów o takiej treści do polskiego systemu prawnego.

This article presents Commission documents (“package”) on actions for damages based on infringements of EU competition rules and collective redress which were published on 11 June 2013. The article provides a brief overview of the measures contained in the package and indicates potential difficulties if it became necessary to transpose or implement them into the domestic legal system by the Polish legislature.
