Roksana Jędrzejewska-Wróbel's novel presents the social world in a state of violation of generational relations. The titular “state of entanglement” is not (only) pathographically marked here, but turns into social entanglement (as in Bruno Latour's concept). The inner world of the characters: three teenagers against the background of a school peer group, three seniors against the background of other residents of a nursing home for the elderly, parents and teachers of the first group – is internally complicated, and generational relationships force the need for therapeutic thinking. The communication space, which generates metaphors of closure (such as 'box', 'storage room', 'cage'), is the institution of the school and its territory, a closed center for seniors, a guarded housing estate. The forest becomes a metaphor for free existence and habituation (as in the concepts of Henry David Thoreau). The intergenerational narrative therapy practiced by Roksana Jędrzejewska-Wróbel counteracts the risk of excessive individuation of experience, its singularity and separateness, and the loss of the performative and emancipatory function of the text. The writer includes other therapeutic discourses: affective, maladic, mournful. He performs the social inclusion of peripheral groups, talking about the conditions for creating communities, bearing in mind the essential functions of creating a narrative about experience – here: isolation, indifference, loneliness, apathy, opportunism – cognitive, educational, therapeutic.

Powieść Roksany Jędrzejewskiej-Wróbel przedstawia społeczny świat w stanie naruszenia pokoleniowych relacji. Tytułowy „stan splątania” nie ma tu (wyłącznie) patograficznego nacechowania, ale przeradza się w społeczne splatanie (niczym w koncepcji Bruno Latoura). Świat wewnętrzny postaci: trojga nastolatków na tle szkolnej grupy rówieśniczej, trojga seniorów na tle innych pensjonariuszy domu opieki dla starszych osób, rodziców i nauczycieli tej pierwszej grupy – jest wewnętrznie skomplikowany, a pokoleniowe relacje wymuszają konieczność myślenia terapeutycznego. Przestrzenią komunikującą, generującą metafory zamknięcia (jak ‘pudełko’, ‘przechowalnia’, ‘klatka’), jest instytucja i terytorium szkoły, zamknięty ośrodek dla seniorów, strzeżone osiedle mieszkalne. Metaforą swobodnej egzystencji i habituacji staje się natomiast las (niczym w koncepcjach Henry`ego Davida Thoreau). Terapia międzypokoleniowej narracji, jaką uprawia Roksana Jędrzejewska-Wróbel, przeciwdziała ryzyku zbytniej indywiduacji doświadczenia, jego pojedynczości i osobności, utraty funkcji performatywno-emancypacyjnej tekstu. Pisarka włącza w dyskurs terapeutyczny inne: afektywny, maladyczny, żałobny. Dokonuje społecznej inkluzji grup peryferyjnych, mówiąc o warunkach tworzenia wspólnot, mając na uwadze zasadnicze funkcje tworzenia narracji o doświadczeniu – tutaj: izolacji, obojętności, osamotnienia, marazmu, oportunizmu – poznawczą, edukacyjną, terapeutyczną.

Wprowadzenie. A rtykuł przedstawia zagadnienie niepełnosprawności z perspektywy literacko-prawnej. A utorzy uwzględniają kwestię niepełnosprawności jako zjawiska społecznego, będącego nieodłącznym elementem każdego środowiska i kultury, a także przedmiotem istotnych badań. Ważnym wątkiem artykułu uczyniono przeobrażenie postrzegania niepełnosprawności na przestrzeni wieków. Za konkretny przykład jej uobecnienia posłużyła trylogia Morze Drzazg Joe A bercrombiego. W szkicu poruszona została ponadto kwestia zmian w postrzeganiu oraz traktowaniu osób z niepełnosprawnościami, jak również wprowadzania przepisów i edukacji społecznej w celu maksymalnego zapewnienia osobom z niepełnosprawnościami równych szans funkcjonowania w społeczeństwie. Cel. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wizerunku osób z niepełnosprawnością w prozie adresowanej do młodego odbiorcy, z uwzględnieniem kontekstu studiów nad niepełnosprawnością oraz regulacji prawnych. Materiały i metody. Artykuł ma charakter opisowy i analityczny, wykorzystuje narzędzia charakterystyczne dla pracy filologa (m.in. eksplikacja tekstu, children’s studies, disability studies) i prawnika (studium literatury, analiza dokumentów). Wyniki. Z analizy źródeł oraz obserwacji i badań wynika, że sukcesywnie zwiększa się otwartość na potrzeby osób z niepełnosprawnością oraz edukacja w tym zakresie, również poprzez literaturę piękną.

Introduction. The article presents the issue of disability from the literary and legal perspective. The authors take into consideration the issue of disability as a social phenomenon, which is an inseparable element of every environment and culture, as well as the subject of compelling research. An important thread of the article is the transformation of the perception of disability perception throughout the centuries. Joe Abercrombie’s Shattered Sea trilogy serves as a concrete example of its presence. The sketch also revolves around the issue of changes in the perception and treatment of people with disabilities, as well as the introduction of regulations and social education which are to serve as means to provide people with disabilities with equal opportunities in order to function in the society. Aim. The aim of the article is to present the image of people with disabilities in prose addressed to young readers, taking into consideration the context of the disability studies as well as legal regulations. Materials and methods. The article is descriptive and analytical; it applies tools characteristic of the work of the philologist (including text explication, children’s studies, disability studies) as well as that of a lawyer (literature study, document analysis). Results. The analysis of the sources as well as observations and research show that the openness to the needs of people with disabilities and education in this area are progressively increasing, also through literature.

The paper deals with the question of the literary representation of adolescence in connection with migration. The topic is largely unexplored, scientifically, journalistically and literarily. Both processes are extremely similar to each other and, combined with each other, can lead to great disturbances of the personality and enormous overburdening of the young person. The main character of the text, an adolescent girl, is experiencing changes on all levels of her existence when she arrives in Germany. The paper aims to show which aspects the reader’s attention is focused on and how they are presented in a narrative manner.

Der Beitrag geht der Frage der literarischen Darstellung von Adoleszenz in Verbindung mit der Migration nach. Das Thema ist sowohl wissenschaftlich, publizistisch, als auch literarisch weitgehend unerforscht. Dabei sind beide Prozesse einander äußerst ähnlich und können in Verbindung miteinander zu großen Störungen der Persönlichkeit sowie enormer Überforderung des jungen Menschen führen. Die Hauptfigur des Textes, ein adoleszentes Mädchen, durchlebt nach ihrer Ankunft in Deutschland Veränderungen auf sämtlichen Ebenen ihres Daseins. Im Beitrag geht es darum, aufzuzeigen, auf welche Aspekte die Aufmerksamkeit der Leser gerichtet wird und wie diese erzähltechnisch dargestellt werden.

Artykuł poświęcony jest przedstawieniu problemu adolescencji w połączeniu z migracją. Temat ten pozostaje niezbadany naukowo czy publicystycznie, nie był częstym tematem dzieł literackich. Oba te procesy są jednak niezwykle zbliżone i w połączeniu ze sobą mogą prowadzić do znaczących zaburzeń osobowości oraz przytłaczać młodego człowieka. Główna bohaterka powieści, dorastająca dziewczyna, przeżywa po przyjeździe do Niemiec zmiany dotyczące niemalże każdego aspektu jej egzystencji. Celem artykułu jest wykazanie, na jakie aspekty zwraca uwagę autorka, jak również przy pomocy jakich środków narracji.
