This publication reflects the need for continuous monitoring and specifying various solutions aimed at educating future teachers. The aspects of educational work considered at the level of elementary education constitute an important scope of activities. Not only a wide range of knowledge, but also primary skills along with social competences become the basics for becoming a competent teacher. The article attempts to determine the perception of educational work by future teachers of early childhood education. The most important tasks included showing the competences and personal characteristics important for students and specifying the range of knowledge regarding educational activities undertaken in grades I–III. The next stage made it possible to highlight the perceived difficulties along with the range of student’s interests in taking up educational challenges. An important element of the research procedure included the analysis of the statements of internship supervisors demonstrating educational skills possessed by students.

Niniejsza publikacja odzwierciedla potrzebę ciągłego monitorowania oraz precyzowania różnorodnych rozwiązań ukierunkowanych na kształcenie przyszłych nauczycieli. Aspekty pracy wychowawczej rozpatrywane na poziomie edukacji elementarnej stanowią ważny zakres działań. Nie tylko szeroki zasób wiedzy, ale również duże umiejętności wraz z kompetencjami społecznymi stają się podstawą bycia w przyszłości kompetentnym nauczycielem. W artykule starano się określić postrzeganie pracy wychowawczej przez przyszłych nauczycieli edukacji wczesnoszkolnej. Do najważniejszych zadań zaliczono ukazanie kompetencji oraz cech osobowych ważnych dla studentów oraz doprecyzowanie zakresu wiedzy dotyczącej działań wychowawczych podejmowanych w klasach I–III. Dalszy etap pozwolił na podkreślenie dostrzeganych trudności wraz z zasobem zainteresowań studentów podejmowania się wyzwań wychowawczych. Istotny element procedury badawczej uwzględniał analizę wypowiedzi opiekunów praktyk, wskazującą na umiejętności wychowawcze posiadane przez studentów.

Głównym celem artykułu jest prezentacja wybranych problemów towarzyszących pracy funkcjonariuszy Służby Więziennej na stanowisku wychowawcy więziennego w PRL, jakie podnoszono na łamach branżowego czasopisma „Gazeta Penitencjarna”. Analizie poddano treści artykułów z lat 1967–1970. Wybór okresu końca lat 60. podyktowany był tym, że w latach tych ugruntowaną pozycję zaznaczyła nowa dziedzina wiedzy i praktyki określana mianem pedagogiki penitencjarnej. Dało temu wyraz szereg artykułów poświeconych kwestiom „pedagogiki więziennej” na łamach omawianego czasopisma oraz eksponowana była problematyka wychowania „poprawczego” i „reedukacyjnego” z zastosowaniem rozmaitych metod oraz przypisywaniem szczególnej roli wychowawcy w organizacji tego procesu.

The aim of the paper is to identify difficulties in the rehabilitation of inmates in prisons in communist Poland as presented on the pages of the Penitentiary Gazette. The articles published between 1967–70 were analysed, as this period in time marked the growth of a new discipline of penitentiary pedagogy. A rise in interest in penitentiary pedagogy resulted in the publication of numerous articles focusing on rehabilitation and re-education of inmates, and the role of the rehabilitation officer.

Artykuł poświęcony jest aktualnym problemom wychowania studentów i uczniów, w szczególności organizacji pracy wychowawczej w ukraińskich instytucjach edukacyjnych związanej z bezpieczeństwem dzieci i ich dobrostanem. W pracę wpisano strategiczne priorytety krajowe, w tym realizację Krajowego Programu Społecznego „Krajowy plan działania na rzecz wdrażania Konwencji ONZ o prawach dziecka” do 2021 r. – jego główne zasady i oświadczenia, cel i zadania zostały przeanalizowane. Podkreślono nowoczesne podejścia do procesu przeciwdziałania przemocy w środowisku szkolnym, jak również kwestie zapewniające prawa, wolności i interesy dzieci, które znajdują odzwierciedlenie w koncepcjach obecnych programów wychowawczych. W szczególności zdefiniowano potencjał uniwersalnego programu wychowawczego „Osobista godność, bezpieczeństwo życia, pozycja obywatelska”.

The article is devoted to topical issues of the upbringing of students and pupils, in particular, the organization of educational work in the educational institutions of Ukraine on issues of child safety and well-being. Strategic national priorities are described in the paper, among them, the implementation of the State Social Program “National Action Plan for the Implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child” for the period until 2021 and its main principles and statements, goals and objectives have been analyzed. Modern approaches to the process of counteracting violence in the school environment have been outlined; issues ensuring the rights, freedoms and interests of children that are reflected in the concepts of current educational programs have also been substantiated. In particular, the potential of the universal educational program “Personal Dignity. Life Safety. Civic Position” has been defined in the article.
