In the article it is indicated and theoretically proved the facilitating of effective communication of the future social workers in the process of studying the practical disciplines. While working at the article through the following methods were used: theoretical (analysis of the scientific and technical literature on the formation of effective communication to clarify the level of implementation of the problem and to determine the conceptual and categorical apparatus; systematization of theoretical and experimental data on the content, methods and forms of education – to identify areas of facilitating of effective communication of the future social workers in the study of practical disciplines, generalization and forecasting while formulating the conclusions and feasibility of use perceptiveness of technologies of forming effective communication in learning practical disciplines) and empirical (teacher observation of cognitive activity and communication skills of students in the study of their practical disciplines). It is stated that successfulness and quality of a good shapedcognitive activityis mostly dependent on the interactionefficiency, creating effective communication conditions. The major conditions that facilitate the effective communication and cognitive activity are democratic relations between the participants of the educational process while studying practical disciplines. For successful learning of any discipline, in which the basis for an effective communication is created it is necessary to organize favorable conditions for training activities, mutual productive activity, pedagogical optimism, objective control of knowledge and effective learning technologies. The facilitation of skills and abilities of effective communication for future social workers is conducted by mastering the techniques and technologies of communication by participation in dialogues and discussions, playing case situations, resolving conflicts and contradictions in the presentation of creative projects.Mostofthetimeit is preferable topayattentionforpracticaluseandimplementationofstudents’ knowledge, avoidingmonotonelecturesbytheteacherwillenhancetheproductivityofeachclass, eachdiscipline andwill be an important achievement for the training of future professionals.
