W artykule podjęto próbę identyfikacji dynamiki i kierunku zmian cen skupu na podstawowych rynkach produktów roślinnych w Polsce. Przeprowadzone badania dotyczyły lat 1994–2013, ale wyniki zostały zaprezentowane z perspektywy dwóch podokresów: przedakcesyjnego (1994–2003) oraz poakcesyjnego (2004–2013). Miało to na celu identyfikację zmian cen, które były determinowane przyłączeniem się Polski do Jednolitego Rynku Europejskiego oraz podleganiem Wspólnej Polityce Rolnej, wskutek akcesji do Unii Europejskiej. Ze względu na długi okres badań, poziom cen skupu podstawowych produktów roślinnych urealniono o wskaźnik inflacji. Ponadto, podjęto próbę usystematyzowania zmienności cen skupu, przy pomocy istotnych statystycznie funkcji trendu. Porównanie kształtowania się cen skupu produktów roślinnych ukazało różne procesy zachodzące na poszczególnych rynkach, które były również determinowane, przez inne czynniki, aniżeli członkowstwo we Wspólnocie. Do najistotniejszych z nich można zaliczyć wrażliwość upraw na oddziaływanie czynników agrometeorologicznych oraz zmiany w popycie krajowym oraz zagranicznym. Analiza korelacji wskazała natomiast na największe podobieństwo pomiędzy kształtowaniem się cen skupu na rynku zbóż, rzepaku i warzyw.

This paper attempts to identify the dynamics and direction of changes in purchase prices on core markets products plant in Poland. The study concerned the years 1994–2013, but the results were presented from the perspective of the two sub-periods: the pre-accession (1994–2003) and post-accession (2004–2013). The aim was to identify changes in prices, which were determined in joining the Polish to the European Single Market as well as being subject to the Common Agricultural Policy, as a result of accession to the European Union. Due to the long period of study, the level of purchase prices of basic plant products made more realistic for inflation. In addition, an attempt to systematize the volatility of purchase prices, with statistically significant trend function. Comparison of purchase prices of vegetable products appeared different processes in different markets, which were also determined by factors other than membership in the Community. The most important of these may include the sensitivity of the crop to the impact of agro-meteorological factors and changes in domestic and foreign demand. Correlation analysis indicated while the greatest similarity between the evolution of purchase prices on the grain market, rapeseed and vegetables.

This article attempts to assess interdependence between the evolution of the price level, the volume and value of production and the amount of costs and revenues in the grain market in Poland. Changes in effi ciency have been expressed by the coeffi cients cost-effectiveness, productivity, and effi ciency of grain production in Poland. The range covered a long period of time, i.e. 18 years. The survey was conducted from the perspective of the two sub-periods. First, the pre-accession took over the years 1995–2003, the second concluded in the years 2004–2012. This made it possible to give a comparative considerations. For the whole period, and separately for the two sub-periods were performed correlation analysis, which indicated the most important associations between the variables occurring in the grain market.
