W opracowaniu dokonano ogólnej analizy głównych problemów dotykających uczniów i nauczycieli we współczesnej szkole, wskazując obszary stwarzające największe trudności obydwu podmiotom procesu edukacji. O ocenę analizowanych zagadnień poproszono uczniów i nauczycieli szkół ponadgimnazjalnych, przeprowadzając badania pozwalające wskazać podstawowe trudne sytuacje szkolne widziane oczyma jednych i drugich.
