In dem Artikel wurde die Bedeutung des Gemüsebaus von Wielkopolska für den inländischen Gemüsebau präsentiert. Diese Bedeutung wurde mit Hilfe von einigen Kriterien bestimmt. Es wurde der Anteil der regionalen Gemüseanbaufläche und der Gemüseernte an der gesamten Gemüseanbaufläche und Gemüseernte in Polen dargestellt. Außerdem wurden die Gemüseerträge in der Region und in Polen verglichen. In den untersuchten Jahren befand sich in Wielkopolska 11,95 Prozent von der inländischen Freilandgemüseanbaufläche und der Anteil der Region an der inländischen Ernte lag durchschnittlich bei 12,26 Prozent. Es wurde ermittelt, dass die größere Bedeutung in Wielkopolska als im ganzen Polen der Anbau von Zwiebel, Tomaten und Gemüse aus der Gruppe „Sonstigehatte. In Wielkopolska hat man bei meisten Freilandgemüsearten höhere Erträge als durchschnittlich in Polen erreicht. Die Gewächshausgemüseerträge waren in der Region jedoch niedriger als in ganz Polen. Der Anteil der Region an der inländischen Gewächshausgemüsefläche lag durchschnittlich in den Jahren 1997-2006 bei 13, 67 Prozent und an der Gewächshausgemüseernte bei 10,38 Prozent. Die Brutto- und Warenproduktion des Gemüsebaus in Wielkopolska war durchschnittlich 9,51 und 11,47 Prozent der inländischen Gemüseproduktion.

W artykule zostało przedstawione znaczenie produkcji warzywniczej Wielkopolski w warzywnictwie krajowym. Znaczenie to określono za pomocą kilku mierników. Obliczono udział powierzchni upraw oraz zbiorów warzyw w regionie w ogólnej powierzchni plantacji warzywnych i zbiorach warzyw w kraju. Porównano także średni plon warzyw uzyskiwany w Wielkopolsce z wydajnością w kraju.

In dem Artikel wurde die Bedeutung des Gemüsebaus für die Landwirtschaft der Region Wielkopolska präsentiert. Diese Bedeutung wurde mit Hilfe von einigen Kriterien bestimmt. Es wurden dargestellt: der Anteil der Gemüsefläche an der gesamten landwirtschaftlichen Nutzfläche von Wielkopolska und der Gemüseanteil in der Brutto- und Warenproduktion der regionalen Landwirtschaft und der Pflanzenabteilung. Der Anteil der Freilandgemüsefläche an der landwirtschaftlichen Nutzfläche lag bei 1,36 bis 1,56 Prozent und der Anteil der Gewächshausgemüsefläche an der landwirtschaftlichen Nutzfläche oszillierte von 0,017 bis 0,050 Prozent. Die Gemüseproduktion lag bei 4,67 Prozent der Bruttoproduktion der Landwirtschaft von Wielkopolska, und der Anteil der Gemüseproduktion an der Warenproduktion der Landwirtschaft war in der Zeit auf einem ähnlichen Niveau – 4,66 Prozent. In der Pflanzenabteilung war die Bedeutung des Gemüsebaus noch größer als in der ganzen Landwirtschaft. Der Anteil von Gemüse an der Warenproduktion der Pflanzenabteilung lag durchschnittlich in den untersuchten Jahren bei 28, 54 Prozent.

Obliczono udział warzyw w ogólnej powierzchni użytków rolnych Wielkopolski a także w produkcji globalnej i towarowej regionalnego rolnictwa oraz działu roślinnego.

Koszty produkcji pomidorów i ogórków szklarniowych w latach 2004-2007

The aim of the research was determination of the level of production costs of greenhouse vegetable in years 2004-2007. The research was carried out in object having at disposal 23-29 (ha) under protection surface, greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers. The production of greenhouse tomatoes was profitable in the whole period of the research. In case of late greenhouse cucumbers were cultivated there it not profitable only in 2006, in the period remaining it ran beyond profitability insignificantly. Costs of production of greenhouse tomatoes were formed at the level of 2.12 (2007)-2.49 (2006) PLN·kg-1, early greenhouse cucumber: 1.32 (2006)-2.25 (2007) PLN·kg-1 and greenhouse late cucumber 1.77 (2004)-2.38 (2006) PLN·kg-1.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest zbadanie poziomu kosztów produkcji warzyw szklarniowych w latach 2004-2007. Badania przeprowadzono w obiekcie dysponującym 23-29 (ha) powierzchni pod osłonami, w którym uprawiano głównie pomidory i ogórki szklarniowe. Produkcja pomidorów szklarniowych i ogórków szklarniowych wczesnych była opłacalna w całym okresie badań. Produkcja ogórków szklarniowych późnych w 2006 roku była nieopłacalna, w pozostałym okresie badań nieznacznie przekraczała granicę opłacalności. Koszty produkcji pomidorów szklarniowych kształtowały się na poziomie: 2,12 (w 2007 roku)-2,49 (w 2006 roku) PLN·kg-1, ogórków szklarniowych wczesnych: 1,32 (w 2006 roku)-2,25 (w 2007 roku) PLN·kg-1, zaś ogórków szklarniowych późnych 1,77 (w 2004 roku)-2,38 (w 2006 roku) PLN·kg-1.

The aim of the publication was to evaluate the change of potential size and structure of vegetables production in Poland between 1997-2012. The overall acreage of vegetables, as well as total production, was declining. The overall amount of harvested vegetables was declining slower than reduction of planting area. There was also change in geographic distribution of plantations in the country. The polarization of region and concentration of production increased.

Przedmiotem pracy była ocena zmian w potencjale, wielkości i strukturze produkcji warzywniczej w Polsce, w latach 1997-2012. W analizowanych latach zmniejszyła się zarówno powierzchnia plantacji warzywnych, jak i obniżały się zbiory warzyw, choć w mniejszym tempie niż wynosiły ubytki w powierzchni plantacji. Nastąpiły także duże zmiany w rozmieszczeniu plantacji na terenie kraju. Wzrosła polaryzacja województw w nasileniu upraw oraz nastąpił wzrost koncentracji upraw.
