W artykule podjęto się zbadania uczestnictwa seniorów w życiu miejskim Łodzi w kontekście spędzania przez nich czasu wolnego. Jego celem było również ukazanie przeszkód utrudniających starszym osobom poruszanie się w obrębie miasta. Badanie potwierdziło, że seniorzy pragną głębszego uczestnictwa w życiu miejskim, szczególnie ze względu na silne pragnienie spotykania innych ludzi. Nie sprzyja temu jednak istnienie wielu barier związanych z transportem publicznym oraz infrastrukturą drogową. Szereg niedostatków zgłoszono również w odniesieniu do otoczenia miejsc zamieszkania seniorów oraz terenów zieleni publicznej.

The article analyzes participation of senior citizens in urban life of Łódź in the context of spending their free time. The paper is also aimed at revealing obstacles for their mobility within the city. It occurred that the elderly want to participate more in urban life, especially because of their strong desire to meet other people. However, there are still many barriers, mostly relating to public transport and road infrastructure, that make such participation difficult. Also many deficiencies may be found in seniors’ residential environment as well as in public green areas.

The religious institutes in the Catholic Church priorities the issue of the formation of candidates. Vocation to a religious life is verified at the initial stages: in prenovitiate and novitiate. This article mentioned the canonical and legal requirements determining validity and honesty of the admission, first to a postulant and then to a novitiate. A decision concerning the admission of candidates is made by higher superiors. Guidelines in making the decisions are provided by recognition of age, health, personality and maturity of the interested. Subsequently, the superiors must exclude the existence of any obstacles which would cause nullity of the legal transaction: admission to novitiate. Their decision is based on prior familiarization with documents and certificates which are demanded or required by the common law of the Church and own law of a religious institute. They should also consider prohibitions concerning novitiate admissions since although they do not cancel the decision, ignoring them would be an ill deed. The actions of superiors, taken meticulously and in accordance with the Canon Law, will result in good discrimination and admission of appropriate and suitable candidates, and that, eventually, will prove favorable to the latter and the institute itself.

Życie zakonne jest specyficznym zaproszeniem osoby, która odczytuje swoje życiowe powołanie w duchu wiary, jak również w przeżywaniu radości życia. Powołanie do życia zakonnego rozeznaje się na wstępnych etapach: przede wszystkim w prenowicjacie i nowicjacie. W opracowaniu przywołano kanoniczno-prawne wymagania, które stanowią o ważności i godziwości przyjęcia, najpierw do postulantatu, a następnie nowicjatu. Decyzję o przyjęciu kandydatów podejmują przełożeni wyżsi. Wytycznymi dla dokonania tej decyzji są rozeznanie: wieku, zdrowia, charakteru i dojrzałości zainteresowanych. Następnie przełożeni muszą wykluczyć istnienie przeszkód, które powodowałyby nieważność czynności prawnej: przyjęcia do nowicjatu. Ich decyzja opiera się na zapoznaniu się z dokumentami i świadectwami, których domaga się albo zaleca prawo powszechne oraz własne instytutu zakonnego. Powinni rozważyć także zakazy przyjęcia do nowicjatu, które choć nie unieważniają decyzji, to jednak ich zignorowanie powoduje niegodziwość działania. Zaniedbanie tych działań skutkować może negatywnymi konsekwencjami dla powołanego, jak i samego instytutu. Natomiast czynności przełożonych, dokonane skrupulatnie i zgodnie z prawem kanonicznym, owocują dobrym rozeznaniem i przyjęciem do instytutu odpowiednich oraz zdatnych kandydatów, co w sumie służy dobru tych ostatnich oraz samego instytutu. Kościół z największą starannością troszczy się o formację zakonników, co także jest współczesnym wyzwaniem. Zmniejszenie się liczby zakonników, co zauważa się w niektórych regionach świata, należy zrekompensować ich jakością, która w dużym stopniu zależy od formacji.

This Article presents the Islamic doctrine about marriage. Presenting it as flowing from the nature of Islamic law. The Author presents the objectives and effects of the union of a man and a woman, paying attention to the difficulties appearing in mixed marriages. The context for the presentation of norms for the marriages with Christians is the Catholic understanding of union of a man and woman. Filling the law, understood as submission to the will of God (Arabic word Islam means just submission/surrender) is to lead the human and the community to achieve temporal and eternal happiness. The doctrine of Islam strictly defines the duties of man, taking heed to his moral weakness. In marriage law, where possibility of easy dismissal wifes, or breach of contract contrasts with the austerity principles regarding religious upbringing of children, it is especially visible.

All actions, legal relations and resulting from this commitments entail necessity of relevant legal regulations. Similarly, in state law and in canon law there are legal rules that define the principle for the proper preparation of pleadings. Properly written and reasoned letters are essential condition to file a lawsuit. Issue of this article is an approximation and demonstration of the requirements related to nullity of marriage. The source for the analysis of presented issues are provisions of the Code of Canon Law of 1983 (especially can. 1501-1506) and the Instruction Dignitas Connubii (art. 114-125). At the beginning, there are presented issues closely related to the canonical process of nullity of marriage: entities authorised to bring the complaint; judicial competence. Then, there is an examination of the various financial and formal requirements of nullity of marriage. At the end, there is an issue addressed at judicial attempt to reconcile the spouses.

In de dissertatie De contrastieve beschrijving van de verzorgde uitspraak van het Nederlands en het Tsjechisch vanuit het perspectief van de Tsjechische spreker van het Nederlands wordt een vergelijkende beschrijving gegeven van de klanksystemen van Nederlands en Tsjechisch. In twee aparte hoofdstukken worden de klankinventarissen van de geanalyseerde talen onderzocht met het doel om verschillen en overeenkomsten te tonen. Eerst wordt de klinkerinventaris besproken en vervolgens die van de medeklinkers. Op basis van de theorie wordt een gedetailleerd overzicht gegeven van de mogelijke struikelblokken, dat wil zeggen van moeilijke klanken voor Tsjechische sprekers. In dit artikel analyseer ik opnames van twintig sprekers, allen studenten van het Nederlands van het eerste jaar BA tot het vijfde jaar MA, en ik kijk naar de uitspraak van klinkers en diftongen op basis van de opgenomen voorbeeldzinnen.

W pracy doktorskiej De contrastieve beschrijving van de verzorgde uitspraak van het Nederlands en het Tsjechisch vanuit het perspectief van de Tsjechische spreker van het Nederlands (Kontrastywny opis poprawnej wymowy języka niderlandzkiego i czeskiego z perspektywy czeskiego mówiącego w języku niderlandzkim) systemy dźwiękowe języka niderlandzkiego i czeskiego poddano analizie porównawczej. Inwentarze fonemów języków czeskiego i niderlandzkiego zostały przedstawione w dwóch osobnych rozdziałach, aby pokazać zarówno podobieństwa, jak i różnice. W pierwszym rozdziale omówiony został inwentarz fonemów samogłoskowych, w kolejnym zaś spółgłoskowych. Na podstawie różnych źródeł teoretycznych powstał szczegółowy opis potencjalnych przeszkód, tzn. dźwięków trudnych do wymówienia dla Czechów. Artykuł analizuje przykłady 20 czeskich studentów niderlandystyki od I roku I stopnia do II roku II stopnia studiów włącznie, kontrolując samogłoski oraz dyftongi słyszane z ich przykładowych wypowiedzi, które wcześniej zostały nagrane.

In the Ph.D.-thesis De contrastieve beschrijving van de verzorgde uitspraak van het Nederlands en het Tsjechisch vanuit het perspectief van de Tsjechische spreker van het Nederlands (A Contrastive Description of the Standard Pronunciation of Dutch and Czech from the Perspective of the Czech Learners of Dutch), a comparative description is given of the sound systems of Dutch and Czech. In two separate chapters sound inventories of the analyzed languages are examined with the aim to show differences and similarities. First, the vocalic inventory is discussed and then the consonantal inventory. On the basis of the theory a detailed overview is given of the potential stumbling blocks, i.e. difficult sounds for the Czech speakers. In this article I analyze recordings of twenty speakers, all students of Dutch of the BA first year to the fifth year MA, and I look at the pronunciation of vowels and diphthongs based on the recorded example sentences.

Artykuł porusza problem działań innowacyjnych nauczyciela. We wstępie w kilku słowach nakreśliłam zagadnienie, które będę opisywać, uwzględniając moją subiektywną ocenę co do powszechności występowania powyższego zjawiska w edukacji. Kolejnym etapem było ukazanie za Romanem Schulzem zmian w oświacie, które pokazują złożoność i wieloetapowość tego procesu. Opisana została również potrzeba wprowadzania innowacji, z uwzględnieniem wszelkich niepoprawnie funkcjonujących aspektów we współczesnej edukacji, które wymagają zmian i unowocześnień. Następnie wyjaśniłam terminy „twórczość” i „innowacja”, uwzględniając interpretacje różnych autorów ze wskazaniem na istotną rolę twórczości w procesie tworzenia innowacji. Ukazałam również najważniejsze pobudki pedagogów do tworzenia zmian w edukacji, a także przeszkody w ich wcielaniu w życie. W podsumowaniu, nawiązując do opisanych kwestii, wskazałam na istotność działań innowacyjnych we współczesnej oświacie, która potrzebuje zmian, by móc lepiej nauczać i rozwijać motywacje uczniów do nauki

The article discusses innovative activities of the teacher. In the introduction I outline the topic, taking into account my subjective assessment of the prevalence of this phenomenon in education. Next, the article presents changes in education after R. Schulz, which show the complexity and multistepiness of the process. The need for innovation is also discussed, taking into account all aspects of modern education that function improperly and that require change and modernization. In the next part I explain the notion of “creativity” and “innovation”, taking into account the in terpretations of various authors with an indication of the important role of creativity in the process of innovation. I also present the most important motives of educators to introduce changes in education, and obstacles to their implementation. Finally, I point out the importance of innovative activities in modern education, which needs change in order to be able to teach better and develop students’ motivation for learning
