Selected issues related to the effectiveness of the communication process in the internal audit in organizations that have implemented the quality management system according to the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard have been presented in the article. The scope of the analysis includes both: verbal and nonverbal communication, focusing on interpersonal communication and aspects of psychology in communication processes (transactional analysis).

Artykuł przedstawia wybrane zagadnienia związane ze skutecznością procesu komunikacji w audicie wewnętrznym w organizacjach, które wdrożyły system zarządzania jakością według wymagań normy PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. Zakres analizy obejmuje zarówno komunikację werbalną jak i pozawerbalną, skupiając się zarówno na komunikacji interpersonalnej jak i aspektach psychologii w procesach komunikacji (analiza transakcyjna).
