The article deals with the problem of the social environment psychogenity in its value for a person by the example of teacher and pupil groups interaction. Psychogenity is a basic feature of a social environment to create, reflect, transform, keep and display under appropriate conditions a certain energetic complex of psychological manifestation of its nature. We consider the concept of humanized environment in wider understanding than the concept of social environment as we mean not only people’s mutual influence, but also the fact of human life mediatity by the human environment which is the world of the living and lifeless nature as one of the important components of balancing the human psychogenity.Psychogenity is the integral phenomenon which represents the cumulative characteristic of tensity irrespective of a measure of energetic participation of each participant and the proper psychological importance for each of them. The methods of “Teacher’s psychological-medical-pedagogical questionnaire”, enabling teachers to self-estimate their own health state as a result of positive (sanogenic), unregulated (different directed) and negative (pathogenic) influences in the educational process, is presented. The results of our research show that the pupil or a group of pupils with which the teacher professionally co-operates is a source of referential psychogenity for the teacher. In order to study the referential psychogenity, analyzed are the ways of applying self-estimation methods of the pupils’ individual psychical tensity and methods of establishing the background psychogenity values, in particular its indicator – BPI, as well as determination of the age psychogenity indicator – API.

The primary purpose of the research was to investigate the effect of psychological safety on the silent behaviour of academic staff with the mediating role of happiness. This research was descriptive-correlational regarding the data collection method. The statistical population was all employees (administrators and teachers) of public schools in Tehran, of whom 373 persons were selected. The questionnaires included a “psychological safety” questionnaire by Edmondson (1999), a researcher-made questionnaire on “silence behaviour” according to the Vakola and Bouradas questionnaire (2005), and “happiness” by Oxford (1990). Descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equations modelling tests) were used to analyse the data. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between psychological safety and the employees’ happiness. Findings of the structural equations modelling indicated that the direct effect of psychological safety on silence was -0.61, and psychological safety with the mediation of happiness reduced to silence by -0.77. It could be concluded from the results of this research that happiness has an important effect on reducing organisational silence, and this research would provide a theoretical reference for managers to take comprehensive measures to improve happiness in the organisation.

Aim. The article is aimed at determining the indicators of psychological safety inherent in volunteers with signs of emotional exhaustion in combat zones. Methods. The study included the following methods: a) testing: Emotional Exhaustion Questionnaire (EEQ), Psychological Safety of Individual Questionnaire; b)statistical analysis: methods of descriptive statistics (percentage, minimum, maximum, range, standard error, mean, standard deviation). The group of respondents included 48 people, who were involved in volunteer activities in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine from March 2022 up to November 2022. Results. It was determined that the largest subgroup in the general group of respondents were volunteers with a high level of emotional exhaustion (46%) – these are people who feel general tension and do not remember the last time they experienced positive emotions. Among all the indicators of psychological safety, the indicators of moral-communicative and internal comfort turned out to be the least developed. Conclusions. Volunteer groups need specially organized psychological help and support, just like military or military medics. The constant danger of the activity, the need to be in contact with different people, moral fatigue lead to rapid emotional exhaustion and can causehealth disorders or even cost the volunteer's life.
