The article presents Polish construction of indirect possession. In particular the author explains the diference between quasi-precarium and furtum usus and shows that both of these forms of using a thing Orly disrupt direct possession of the thing. The author also clarifies the essence of ability to exercise factual control over the thing, and explains why the animus possidendi is necessary element of Polish construction of possession.
