W artykule podjęto próbę udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy koncepcja zrównoważonego rozwoju może stanowić uzupełnienie wyrażonej w ustawie o gospodarce nieruchomościami zasady prawidłowej gospodarki. Zasada prawidłowej gospodarki jest sformułowana w sposób bardzo ogólny. Analiza jej treści wraz treścią zasady zrównoważonego rozwoju skłania do wniosku, że regulacje dotyczące zasady zrównoważonego rozwoju dotyczą w pełni zasady prawidłowej gospodarki.

The paper attempts at giving an answer to the question whether the sustainable development conception can constitute a complement of the principle of correct economy expressed in the Polish law of real-estate management. The principle of correct economy is formulated in a very general way. The analysis of the correct economy principle contents in conjunction with the contents of the sustainable development principle brings the conclusion that the regulations concerning the sustainable development principle refer in full to the principle of correct economy.
