Formal and Informal Assistance for Socially Maladjusted Families: Probation Officer’s Experience

In the modern world the family experiences numerous crises connected with professional, personal and emotional matters. Such a crisis often leads to modern-age addictions, deepening the already existing demoralization. The increase in demoralization among juveniles and the appearance of social maladjustment of families is an argument for the court to use court supervision as an education measure. The article presents which formal abilities are connected with the work of a probation officer who, cooperating with various social aid institutions, supports such families and offers assistance to find a way out of a crisis situation.

Rodzina we współczesnym świecie przeżywa wiele kryzysów związanych ze sprawami zawodowymi, osobistymi i emocjonalnymi. Często ten kryzys prowadzi rodziny do uzależnień cywilizacyjnych, pogłębiających już istniejącą demoralizację. Wzrost demoralizacji nieletnich oraz wystąpienie niedostosowania społecznego rodzin jest argumentem dla sądu o zastosowanie środka wychowawczego w postaci nadzoru sądowego. Artykuł zaprezentuje, jakie możliwości formalne są związane z pracą kuratora sądowego, który współpracując z różnymi instytucjami pomocy społecznej, wspiera te rodziny, udziela pomocy z wyjścia z sytuacji kryzysowej.
