Artykuł prezentuje praktyczny konspekt czynności badawczych podejmowanych przy zastosowaniu nowatorskiej metody badań nad źródłami pochodzenia prawa. Metoda bazuje na założeniu, że można ustalić źródła prawa przez odkrycie elementów większego zjawiska: schematu działania człowieka, w tym sankcji, określić charakter oddziaływań między poszczególnymi elementami, katalog kosztów i wypłat, możliwe warianty działania, a także podstawowe rodzaje relacji zewnętrznych schematu. Badania tego rodzaju wymagają zastosowania instrumentarium z kilku dziedzin: ekonomii (głównie opartych na teorii ekonomii instytucjonalnej), prawa (chodzi o znajomość dogmatyki poszczególnych gałęzi prawa), socjologii (chodzi głównie o interakcje społeczne, kontrolę społeczną, struktury grup społecznych i socjologię zmian społecznych) i psychologii (przede wszystkim psychologii motywacji, psychologii ekonomicznej i psychologii procesów społecznych).

The article presents a practical scheme of research actions based on innovatory research methods on economic and social sources of law. The methods assume that it is possible to identify sources of law by discovering all the elements of the bigger occurrences: patterns of human activity, like formal and informal sanctions; by describing the nature of interrelationships between the individual elements, the catalogue of costs and payoffs, the possible activity variants, as well as the basic types of external relationships pertaining to the pattern. This would be reminiscent, to some degree, of an analysis of individual institutions in economy or sociology. These types of research require the use of various instruments, i.e.: economics, sociology and psychology.

The process of beatification of Chiara Lubich was opened in January 2015. Lubich saw the poverty and privation of people. During her life led activity for other people. Lubich was the initiator of Focolare Movement recognized by the Catholic Church. In addition, she was the initiator of the Economy of Communion which is based on a number of rules. Through the project Economy of Communion Lubich wanted to give aid people. Finance management of firms Economy of Communion is different from the ethical finance management of firms. However, there are similarities between them. In literature, finance management of firms Economy of Communion does not relate to ethical finance management of firms. There is a gap in this area. Hence the autor's pro-posal fill this gap.
