W pierwszej części tekstu autor przedstawił sylwetkę żyjącej w latach 1903-1996 nowosądeckiej harcerki Bronisławy Szczepaniec. Oprócz biografii została też zaprezentowana jej twórczość oraz opinie współpracujących z nią osób. W drugiej części na podstawie charakterystyki Bronisławy Szczepaniec zostały sformułowane uniwersalne cechy animatora lokalnej społeczności. Historia Szczepańcówny oraz analiza jej cech zostały poprzedzone wstępem dotyczącym biograficznego uczenia się, zarówno tego na podstawie własnej biografii, jak i spowodowanego namysłem nad innymi biografiami. W podsumowaniu autor zwrócił uwagę na istotę poznawania zapomnianych biografii lokalnych społeczników, które dla animatorów kultury mogą mieć szczególne znaczenie.

In the first part of the article the author presents the life of Bronisława Szczepaniec, who lived in Nowy Sącz from 1903 to 1996. Apart from her biography, the author also describes her literary output and opinions of people who cooperated with her. In the second part we can read about timeless features of a cultural animator based on the biography of Szczepańcówna. The history of Bronisława Szczepaniec and the analysis of her characteristics are preceded by information about biographical learning, based both on one’s own biography as well as other biographies. In the summary the author notices the importance of forgotten biographies of local animators.
