Artykuł poświęcono ocenie sytuacji finansowej trzech sektorów: sektora deweloperskiego, sektora budowlanego i sektora materiałów budowlanych. Badania objęły okres od 2005 do 2011 r., a więc ilustrują, czy i w jakim stopniu na sytuację sektorów związanych z budownictwem wpłynął kryzys finansowy. W ocenie sektorów wykorzystano analizę wskaźnikową, odchylenie standardowe oraz wycenę wartości dokonaną metodą zdyskontowanych przepływów pieniężnych oraz zdyskontowanych zysków rezydualnych.

This paper aims at evaluating the financial standing of three sectors: the developers’ sector (including investors), the construction sector (namely contractors) and the construction materials sector (suppliers of production resources). The research comprises the period from 2005 to 2011, so it illustrates the impact of the financial crisis on the situation of sectors connected to the construction industry. The evaluation makes use of ratio analysis, the standard deviation, and the DRI and DCF valuation of values. The research results contain information about the standing of particular sectors before and after the crisis. They also show the power of relation between individual sectors, and identify the differences in the risk levels as well as anticipated return rates.
