Artykuł zawiera opis konstrukcji i własności psychometryczne Krótkiej Skali Klimatu Społecznego własnego autorstwa. Badania własności psychometrycznej skali skoncentrowały się wokół oszacowania jej rzetelności, trafności oraz mocy dyskryminacyjnej. Grupą, która została poddana badaniom byli kuratorzy sądowi Sądu Okręgowego Warszawa Praga, Sądu Okręgowego w Warszawie oraz Sądu Okręgowego we Włocławku. Rezultaty badań dowiodły, że skala jest trafnym i rzetelnym narzędziem diagnostycznym.

The article contains the description of the structure and psychometric properties of the Short Scale of Social Climate. Psychometric properties assessment of the scale focused on the assessment of its reliability, validity and item discrimination power index. Group that has been tested were probation officers from Regional Court of Warsaw Praga, Regional Court of Warsaw and Regional Court of Wloclawek. Research results have shown that the scale has high score of validity and is reliable diagnostic tool.
