Artykuł otwiera omówienie specyfiki polskich rozwiązań w zakresie activation services. W jego dalszej części autorzy omawiają założenia metodologiczne oraz wyniki badania monitoringowego zrealizowanego na potrzeby wypracowania standardów jakości usług aktywizacyjnych w Centrach Integracji Społecznej, Klubach Integracji Społecznej oraz Zakładach Aktywności Zawodowej. W artykule przedstawiono 18 standardów ogólnych, to znaczy dotyczących trzech wskazanych w tytule instytucji.

The article discusses specificity of solutions within the sphere of activation services in Poland. The assumptions and findings of monitoring research on social integration centres, social integration clubs and vocational training centres are presented. The result of the research was the elaboration of 18 presented in the article general quality standards of reintegration services, applicable to the mentioned institutions.
