The aim of the article is to analyze and interpret the data obtained through surveys on the educational function of the family. In the changing sociocultural reality, in the perspective of political decisions in the state, the family, as the basic socializing agency of the individual, changes to fulfill its functions. The analyzed data show a picture of changes in the respondents’ worldviews, show changes in the system of evaluation and reveal the subjects’ motivations. The theoretical framework of the paper is Krzysztof J. Brozi’s theory of worldview and the cultural standard theory.

Celem artykułu jest analiza i interpretacja danych uzyskanych drogą badań sondażowych na temat funkcji wychowawczej rodziny. W zmieniającej się rzeczywistości społeczno-kulturowej, w perspektywie politycznych decyzji w państwie, rodzina jako podstawowa komórka socjalizująca jednostki, aby spełniała swoje funkcje, zmienia się. Analizowane dane pokazują obraz zmian poglądów badanych, pokazują zmiany w systemie wartościowania i ujawniają motywacje badanych. Ramy teoretyczne artykułu stanowi teoria światopoglądu i teoria standardu kulturowego Krzysztofa J. Brozi.
