Celem artykułu jest wykazanie korzyści ze wzrostu wykorzystania tak zwanych czynników miękkich w funkcjonowaniu instytucji bankowych. W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawione są opracowane w zarządzaniu wskaźniki pomiaru wybranych czynników miękkich. Wydaje się, że podobne metody wprowadzania monitorowania i stymulowania czynników miękkich można zastosować w instytucjach finansowych. W drugiej części artykułu zwrócono uwagę na korzyści wynikające ze współpracy organizacji, co sugeruję, że podobne korzyści można zastosować w instytucjach finansowych. Temu problemowi poświęcona jest trzecia część artykułu.

The article is about the soft factor of management and about application of soft management to financial institutions. The first part of the article is about the ways of measuring soft factors and the manner of application of those factors to monitoring and stimulating financial institutions. The second part of article is about inter-organisational cooperation. Those methods can be used to improve financial institutions. This problem is discussed in the third part of the article.
