Wskazano charakterystyczne cechy lokalizacji rezydencji w obszarze miasta w okresie ostatnich 25 lat oraz określono preferencje zamożnych mieszkańców Łodzi ujawniane w wyborze miejsca zamieszkania i jego zagospodarowania.

This paper presents a new spatial behaviour of most affluent Residents of Łódź in the location of modern residential development in Łódź. Characteristic features of the location of residences in the area of the city during the last 25 years. The paper also determine the preferences of wealthy inhabitants of Łódź, revealing the choice of place of residence and its management.
