Wyniki produkcyjne i ekonomiczne gospodarstw o różnej wielkości obszarowej specjalizujących się w produkcji zbóż

The aim of the study is to assess the production and economic results of farms of various area sizes specializing in cereal production. The assessment was carried out on the basis of data from farms covered by agricultural accounting in the FADN system in 2020. Classic indicators of productivity and profitability of land, labor and capital were used to assess the management of production factors in the surveyed farms. The analysis shows that with the increase in the size of farms specializing in the production of cereals, their productivity and profitability clearly increases, which is associated with the organization of production and the increase in the level of production intensity in larger farms. Therefore, the expansion of cereal farms leads to a clear improvement in the production and economic results of their activity.

Celem opracowania jest ocena wyników produkcyjnych i ekonomicznych gospodarstw rolnych o różnej wielkości obszarowej specjalizujących się w produkcji zbóż. Ocena została przeprowadzona na podstawie danych z gospodarstw objętych rachunkowością rolną w systemie FADN w 2020 roku. Do oceny gospodarowania czynnikami produkcji w badanych gospodarstwach zastosowano klasyczne wskaźniki produktywności i dochodowości ziemi, pracy i kapitału. Z przeprowadzonej analizy wynika, że wraz ze wzrostem wielkości gospodarstw specjalizujących się w produkcji zbóż wyraźnie wzrastają ich produktywność i dochodowość, co się wiąże z organizacją produkcji i wzrostem poziomu intensywności produkcji w większych gospodarstwach. Wobec tego powiększanie gospodarstw zbożowych prowadzi do wyraźnej poprawy wyników produkcyjnych i ekonomicznych ich działalności.

The question for the restructuring is extremely comprehensive, as an important part of it is the organization-economic restructuring of agriculture. The outgoing farm changes are very significant. The implementation of European policy, destined for higher economic, technologic and market level of agriculture than ours, generates some positive trends, but also a lot of problems. Without answer remains the question about the reflection of structural changes on farms’ economic state.

Kwestia restrukturyzacji jest niezwykle złożona, ponieważ jej znaczną część stanowi restrukturyzacja organizacyjno-ekonomiczna rolnictwa. Wyjściowe zmiany w gospodarstwach rolnych są bardzo istotne. Realizacja polityki europejskiej, przeznaczonej dla rolnictwa na wyższym poziomie gospodarczym, technologicznym i rynkowym niż rolnictwo w Bułgarii, powoduje pewne zmiany pozytywne, ale również i liczne problemy. Bez odpowiedzi pozostaje pytanie o wpływ zmian strukturalnych w gospodarstwach rolnych na ich sytuację ekonomiczną.

The current stage of agricultural modernization focuses on limiting the further industrialization of agricultural households by embedding them in social networks which favour balanced development. Such adjustment is connected with the development of knowledge based economy and the necessity of growth, in the realisation of which, according to the “constant reconstruction” scenario of Europe 2020 strategy, this sector of economy has to participate once again. The aim of this case study is the identification of social networks which serve the diffusion of knowledge and information in the Opole voivodeship agriculture and evaluation of their significance in decision making processes by the managers of agricultural households. The case study focuses also on the problem of institutional innovations needs which serve joining the research institutes and universities to these networks. Intelligent specialization of agricultural households based on knowledge is found to be the main feature of the current stage of agricultural modernization.

Obecny etap modernizacji rolnictwa polega na ograniczeniu dalszej industrializacji gospodarstw rolnych przez ich osadzenie w sieciach społecznych sprzyjających zrównoważonemu rozwojowi. Takie ich zakorzenienie jest związane z rozwojem gospodarki opartej na wiedzy i przymusem wzrostu, w którego realizacji, zgodnie ze scenariuszem „trwałej odbudowy” strategii Europa 2020, ten sektor gospodarki ma ponownie uczestniczyć. Celem opracowania była identyfikacja sieci społecznych służących dyfuzji wiedzy i informacji w rolnictwie regionu opolskiego oraz określenie ich znaczenia w procesach podejmowania decyzji przez kierowników gospodarstw rolnych. Podjęto także problem potrzeby innowacji instytucjonalnych służących włączeniu do tych sieci instytutów badawczych i uczelni wyższych. Opartą na wiedzy inteligentną specjalizację gospodarstw rolnych uznano w opracowaniu za główną cechę obecnego etapu modernizacji rolnictwa.
