Expectations for pedagogical staff were presented in the context of educational changes. The degree of transformations of the Polish teaching staff was presented against the background of changes in the Ukrainian teaching staff. The comparative analysis was carried out in qualitative and quantitative terms. In the qualitative context, the key legal acts and educational documents that had a significant impact on the work, professional development and training of teachers in Poland and Ukraine were described. In the quantitative context, changes in both remuneration and employment of teaching staff in both education systems are presented.

W kontekście zmian oświatowych zaprezentowano oczekiwania stawiane pracownikom pedagogicznym. Ujęto stopień przeobrażeń polskiej kadry pedagogicznej na tle przemian obejmujących ukraińską kadrę pedagogiczną. Analizę komparatystyczną przeprowadzono w aspekcie jakościowym i ilościowym. W kontekście jakościowym opisano kluczowe akta prawne oraz dokumenty oświatowe, które miały istotny wpływ na pracę, rozwój zawodowy oraz kształcenie nauczycieli w Polsce i w Ukrainie. W kontekście ilościowym zaprezentowano zmiany zarówno w wynagrodzeniu, jak i w zatrudnieniu pracowników pedagogicznych w obu systemach edukacji.
