Dopasowanie strategiczne a konkurencyjność firm z sektora MSP – moderująca rola otoczenia

This paper presents considerations on the role of the strategic fit in the context of competitiveness of companies in the SME sector. Due to the importance of the environment, especially in the case of a crisis situation (the pandemic period), research was undertaken on its moderating role in the relationship between the strategic fit and competitiveness. The research was conducted among 422 companies from the SME sector (family and non-family). The analysis of empirical results was carried out using descriptive statistics and regression models. The results indicate the existence of a relationship between the strategic fit and competitiveness (measured by strategic effectiveness and financial performance) and a moderate role of the environment as a moderator of this relationship.

W artykule zaprezentowano rozważania dotyczące roli dopasowania strategicznego w kontekście konkurencyjności firm z sektora MSP. Z uwagi na znaczenie otoczenia, zwłaszcza w przypadku występowania sytuacji kryzysowej (okres pandemiczny), podjęto badania dotyczące jego moderującej roli w zależności pomiędzy dopasowaniem strategicznym a konkurencyjnością. Badania przeprowadzono wśród 422 firm z sektora MSP (rodzinnych i nierodzinnych). Analiza wyników badań empirycznych została przeprowadzona z wykorzystaniem statystyk opisowych oraz modeli regresji. Otrzymane wyniki wskazują na występowanie zależności pomiędzy dopasowaniem strategicznym a konkurencyjnością (mierzoną skutecznością strategiczną i wynikami finansowymi) oraz na umiarkowaną rolę otoczenia jako moderatora tejże relacji.
