This article presents an analysis of some syntagmas taken from a bilingual corpus of parallel texts. The methodology, which has been applied, combines the elements of distributive and transformational grammar with some components of cognitive semantics based on realistic metaphysics. In the first part of this article, it is presented the etymology of words (niewiasta, kobieta / femme) and discussed a microstructure of an entry taken from a monolingual dictionary. In this structure, the components of word lexical sense reflect the ontological structure. Analysing a microstructure of an entry taken from a bilingual dictionary, it is important to answer a question about the order of included equivalents. These Polish and French syntagmas with words which designate a woman in the texts of John-Paul II show dignity—an important woman’s value. They also present this dignity in the inherent relations with other components (such as vocation, role, rights, love) as well as the relations of other subjects to women. These predicates become a basis for nominal syntagmas and verbo-nominal collocations. Being well-ordered, according to the ontological criterion, they can be a proposition to edit a Polish-French bilingual dictionary.

Artykuł zawiera analizę wybranych syntagm z określonego korpusu dwujęzycznych tekstów paralelnych. Zastosowana metodologia łączy elementy gramatyki dystrybucyjno-transformacyjnej z elementami semantyki kognitywnej opartej na metafizyce realistycznej. W pierwszej części przedstawiona jest etymologia wyrazów (niewiasta, kobieta / femme) oraz omówiona jest mikrostruktura hasła słownika jednojęzycznego, w której komponenty sensu leksykalnego wyrazu odzwierciedlają strukturę ontologiczną. Dla mikrostruktury hasła słownika dwujęzycznego pojawia się pytanie o porządek, w jakim umieszczane są przykłady ekwiwalentów. Syntagmy polskie i francuskie z wyrazami desygnującymi kobietę w tekstach Jana Pawła II ukazują istotną wartość kobiety, jaką jest godność w jej relacjach inherentnych z innymi komponentami (powołanie, rola, prawa, miłość) oraz relacje innych podmiotów do kobiet. Predykacje te są u podstaw syntagm nominalnych oraz kolokacji werbo-nominalnych. Tak uporządkowane według kryterium ontologicznego mogą być propozycją dla redagowania słownika dwujęzycznego polsko-francuskiego.

The aim of this article is to present a method of terms analysis based on realistic metaphysics. Its application is necessary to determine the equivalents of the term will in comparable texts taken from the French and Polish Civil Code. These terms are presented integrally, i.e. in their relation¬ships between ontic structure of the called being, ontological structure as well as morphological and syntactic structure of the language. The author extracts the terms from the documents using a real terminological definition and presents them in their syntagmatic combinatorics on the metalinguistic level in the form of source sentences. It forms the basis for a description of French and Polish collocations and compound terms as some units of the discourse in comparable texts. The author also contrasts them with the terms from bilingual dictionary and presents some difficulties to determine the equivalents. The type of specialized text and its historical context should also be taken into consideration.

Celem artykułu jest porównanie ekwiwalentów opracowanych na podstawie analizy dwujęzycz¬nych tekstów porównywalnych z ekwiwalentami zapisanymi w dwujęzycznym słowniku specjalistycznym. Na przykładzie testamentu przedstawiona jest metoda analizy językoznawczej terminów na bazie metafizyki realistycznej, która pozwala połączyć strukturę ontyczną testamentu, jego konceptualizację (struktura ontologiczna) oraz strukturę morfologiczną i składniową wyrażeń języko¬wych terminu. Na tej podstawie opisane są francuskie i polskie kolokacje oraz terminy zło¬żone jako jednostki dyskursu w tekstach prawa francuskiego i polskiego. Są one wydobywane z tekstu za pomocą realnej definicji terminologicznej i ukazane w ich kombinatoryce syntagmatycznej na poziomie metajęzykowym w postaci zdań źródłowych. Autorka wskazuje na konieczność uwzględnienia typu tekstu specjalistycznego i jego kontekstu historycznego w ustalaniu ekwi¬walentów terminologicznych.
