Inteligencja emocjonalna studentów wojskowych i cywilnych a ich sposoby radzenia sobie ze stresem

The authors of the article show the quantitative and qualitative analysis of own research, which was conducted on groups of military and civilian students of the Polish Air Force Academy in Dęblin. The purpose of this study was to determine if there is a relationship between emotional intelligence of the students studied and their preferred ways of coping with stress. Due to such a formulated research goal, research was carried out on a group of 60 military students and 60 civilian students of the PAFA. To study the aforementioned variables, widely known and used psychological and pedagogical tools were applied, i.e. Kwestionariusz Radzenia Sobie w Sytuacjach Stresowych (CISS) by Endler and Parker and Kwestionariusz Inteligencji Emocjonalnej (INTE) by Schutte, Malouff, Hall, Haggerty, Copper, Gloden, and Dornheim.

Autorzy artykułu przedstawiają analizy ilościowe i jakościowe wyników badań własnych, które zostały zrealizowane w grupach studentów wojskowych i cywilnych Wyższej Szkoły Oficerskiej Sił Powietrznych (WSOSP) w Dęblinie. Celem badań było sprawdzenie, czy istnieje i jaki jest związek pomiędzy inteligencją emocjonalną badanych studentów a preferowanymi przez nich sposobami radzenia sobie ze stresem. W związku z tak sformułowanym celem przeprowadzono badania w grupie 60 studentów wojskowych i 60 studentów cywilnych WSOSP. Do badania wymienionych zmiennych zastosowano znane w psychologii i sprawdzone w wielu badaniach psychologicznych i pedagogicznych narzędzia badawcze: Kwestionariusz Radzenia Sobie w Sytuacjach Stresowych (CISS) Endlera i Parkera oraz Kwestionariusz Inteligencji Emocjonalnej (INTE) Schutte, Malouffa, Halla, Haggerty’ego, Coppera, Glodena i Dornheima.

The subject of this article are selected issues in the field of military education in the current legal system. The author reviewed the regulations paying particular attention to the competences of the Minister of National Defense in relation to military universities, their nature, characteristics of their bodies as well as legal aspects of the course of the candidate military service. The current law and the legal definitions were taken into account. The relatively short period of validity of the Act of 20 July 2018 The Law on Higher Education and Science regulating the binding rules of functioning of higher education and conducting scientific activities fully justify the need to analyze the relevant provisions. It should be noted that the key postulate for the legislator when introducing further reforms of military education should be to create the best conditions for permanent raising of the level of scientific research and didactics, taking into account the current needs of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland.

Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu są wybrane zagadnienia z zakresu problematyki szkolnictwa wojskowego w obowiązującym porządku prawnym. Autor dokonał przeglądu regulacji zwracając szczególną uwagę na kompetencje Ministra Obrony Narodowej w odniesieniu do uczelni wojskowych, ich charakter, specyfikę organów oraz prawne aspekty przebiegu kandydackiej służby wojskowej. Uwzględniono obowiązujący stan prawny oraz siatkę pojęciową w postaci definicji legalnych. Stosunkowo krótki czas obowiązywania ustawy z dnia 20 lipca 2018 r. Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce regulującej obowiązujące zasady funkcjonowania szkolnictwa wyższego oraz prowadzenia działalności naukowej w pełni uzasadniają potrzebę dokonania analizy odpowiednich przepisów. Należy zaznaczyć, że kluczowym postulatem dla ustawodawcy przy wprowadzaniu kolejnych reform wojskowego szkolnictwa powinno być stworzenie jak najlepszych warunków do permanentnego podnoszenia poziomu badań naukowych oraz dydaktyki z uwzględnieniem aktualnych potrzeb Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczpospolitej Polski.
