In the Duchy of Warsaw it was impossible to bring the official before the court without the prior opinion of the Council of State and the consent of the king. Before the Council of State appeared: Bernard Rose – municipal president of Poznań, Józef Rokossowski – mayor of Gniezno, Aleksander Żychliński – sub-prefect of the district of Poznań, Stefan Garczyński – sub-prefect of the district of Krotoszyn, Stefan Unrug – sub-prefect of the district of Babimost, and Florian Rożnowski – sub-prefect of the district of Krobia.

W Księstwie Warszawskim nie można było postawić urzędnika przed sądem bez uprzedniej opinii Rady Stanu i zgody króla. Przed Radą Stanu toczyły się postępowania przeciwko: Bernardowi Rosemu, prezydentowi municypalnemu Poznania; Józefowi Rokossowskiemu, burmistrzowi Gniezna; Aleksandrowi Żychlińskiemu, podprefektowi powiatu poznańskiego; Stefanowi Garczyńskiemu, podprefektowi powiatu krotoszyńskiego; Stefanowi Unrugowi, podprefektowi powiatu babimojskiego; Florianowi Rożnowskiemu, podprefektowi powiatu krobskiego.
