The article presents results of the relationship between the quantity of sweat and sebaceous secretions and the age of a person. The study was carried out in a group of 70 persons of various ages and both sexes. Basing on the results it may be concluded that the age and sex have a significant influence on the quantity of sweat and sebaceous secretions. This can be used during preparation of various test samples, for example competence tests for fingerprint examiners.

W publikacji przedstawiono rezultaty badań zależności między ilością wydzielanej substancji potowo-tłuszczowej a wiekiem człowieka. Badania przeprowadzono na grupie siedemdziesięciu osób w różnym wieku i obu płci. Na podstawie otrzymanych wyników stwierdzono, że wiek i płeć mają istotny wpływ na ilość wydzielanej substancji potowo-tłuszczowej. Można to wykorzystać podczas przygotowywania różnego rodzaju testów, np. daktyloskopijnych badań biegłości.
