The article presents an attempt to identify and systematize methods and techniques used to solve problems in the field of organization and management and which can be adapted to support crisis management. Systematics of methods has been carried out in the scope of three processes supporting the implementation of the risk management process in crisis management, which include relations with employees, leadership and partnership.

W artykule przedstawiono próbę identyfikacji oraz systematyki metod i technik służących do rozwiązywania problemów z dziedziny organizacji i zarządzania, które mogą zostać zaadaptowane na cele wspomagania zarządzania kryzysowego. Systematyka metod została przeprowadzona w zakresie trzech procesów wspomagających realizację procesu zarządzania ryzykiem w zarządzaniu kryzysowym, do których należą relacje z pracownikami, przywództwo oraz partnerstwo.
